Based on the data of Ctrip. com, this study analyzes the satisfaction of China tourists after booking hotels online when they travel to South Korea. Extract the online word-of-mouth data of Ctrip, analyze the comment data based on grounded theory, extract the keywords in the comments and sort them out to form the influencing factors of tourists’ hotel booking, split the comment sentences with python, analyze the keywords in the sentences, conduct emotional analysis with Python, score the emotional analysis of each influencing factor corresponding to each sentence, and finally get the satisfaction score of each factor. According to the score, it is proposed that Korean hotels should use more platforms for China tourists and China tourists to carry out targeted marketing activities, pay attention to language communication in service, and pay attention to the improvement of hotel facilities decoration with the change of tourists in China

The study then explores the salient impact of consumer interaction and brand sentiment on purchasing decisions. Consumers are transitioning from focusing solely on material gratification to a heightened emphasis on psychological and emotional fulfillment, particularly in the information age. Hence, retail businesses should initiate diversified interaction strategies rooted in authentic consumer needs and efficacious brand anthropomorphism to bolster emotional engagement and allure a broader consumer base. Conclusively, the paper offers targeted strategies designed to invigorate consumer purchasing behavior, serving as a substantive guide for optimizing marketing and sales tactics in the novel retail milieu.

This paper provides a comprehensive literature review on the entrepreneurial intention of college students and its influencing factors, drawing on both domestic and international sources. The study reveals that the fundamental theoretical models of entrepreneurial intention include the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the Entrepreneurial Event Model (SEE), social network theory, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy theory. At the social level, influential factors primarily encompass the five-dimensional model of the entrepreneurial environment and the GM model. Individual-level factors involve social environmental factors, personal background factors, and personal trait factors. This research contributes to identifying the main directions in the study of factors influencing college students’ entrepreneurial intention, while also enriching research perspectives and broadening research designs to provide guidance for future entrepreneurial practices

This paper systematically reviews existing literature, both domestic and international, focusing on family heterogeneity and the infuence of external factors. It critically assesses the advancements made in understanding the determinants of family fnancial asset choices while also acknowledging the limitations in current research. Building upon this comprehensive review, the paper identifes three promising avenues for future exploration. Firstly, there is a need for research delving into the impact of the digital economic environment on family fnancial asset choices. Secondly, understanding how macroeconomic systems shape these decisions is crucial for a holistic perspective. Lastly, examining the heterogeneity among family members and its influence on financial asset choices offers a nuanced understanding of this intricate decision-making process. The insights presented in this paper are invaluable for both academic research and practical applications related to family fnancial asset selection.

This article attempts to use the fsQCA method to draw a conclusion through the study of ESG and its quantification system, as well as the study of data samples related to MES and GMP processes, that is, MES-DPT has a positive impact on process safety management, and GMP-DPT has a positive impact on process safety. Finally, this article puts forward suggestions for improving ESG-DPT, MES-DPT, GMP-DPT and the biomedical ESG-DPT model. This paper reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature, as well as the results of a questionnaire survey of Internet enterprise employees, to study the employee incentive mechanism in Internet enterprises. The paper puts forward measures to existing problems to facilitate the better development of Internet enterprises.

The need for improved port call performance in African ports is way overdue as none of the African sea ports appear on the top 100 sea ports in the World as presented by the Lloyds list. The performance of ports greatly serves and benefits various stakeholders besides the country in which they belong. These stakeholders do include but not limited to third-party logistics providers, vessel/ship owners etc hence the need to improve port call performance is critical. There is not much studies available that tackle the issue of port call performance a hence creating a gap which this study opted to fill and contribute towards the assessment of Africa maritime trade contributors port call performance as most of the ports in Africa are deemed not efficient. Hence this analysis aimed at analyzing the performance of African top ten leading countries that contribute to the global maritime trade and later combine both African countries and the world’s top ten leading maritime trading countries as a benchmark to establish an improvement strategy from which low performing DMUs in the analysis were to borrow a leaf from. Having conducted the study, some African countries came out to be more performing. A few adjustments are to be made for them to improve their port call performance. However, their performance was still above average in comparison to the world’s leading countries that posed as benchmark and a standard port call performance operation strategy.

This article analyzes the structural characteristics and working principles of heat treatment equipment while considering the possibility of “zero-carbon manufacturing.” It integrates the concepts of material flow, energy flow, and waste recycling, and, by following the life cycle theory, constructs a system boundary model for heat treatment equipment to track the direction of carbon emissions throughout various stages. It identifies the sources and forms of carbon emissions in the entire process of heat treatment equipment and proposes carbon emission estimation models for each stage, upon which a comprehensive data inventory for heat treatment equipment is established.

Since humans have engaged in cross-geographical interactions, cross-cultural adaptation has existed worldwide. With the development of science and technology and the advent of global economic integration, the world has become a global village. Nowadays, more and more people travel far from their hometowns to study, work, and engage in activities in foreign countries. Cross-cultural encounters bring novelty, mystery, and a sense of pressure, as living in a different culture means making specific changes in lifestyle and thought patterns. This change can be stressful, and not everyone can overcome it to adapt to life in a foreign country successfully. Therefore, cross-cultural adaptation is one of the most essential areas in today’s cross-cultural education. This study explores the internal and external factors that affect the cross-cultural adaptation of international students in South Korea and proposes relevant strategies to improve their cross-cultural adaptation.

The purpose of this thesis paper is to explore the selection of quality cost management dimension indicators, the mechanism of quality cost management on enterprise performance, the size of the impact of each component of quality cost management on enterprise performance, in order to improve the quality management cost management theory. On this basis to minimise the loss cost and achieve optimal enterprise performance. The paper analyses the impact of quality cost management on enterprise performance by designing questionnaires, collecting data through surveys and using statistical methods. The relevant theories of quality cost management and enterprise performance is compared, and the correlation between qualities cost management and enterprise performance is explored by means of a questionnaire. This paper also explores the extent to which each component of quality cost management affects firm performance, which in turn enriches the relevant theories of quality cost management. The results of this study indicate that quality cost management has an important impact on enterprise performance, and that recognising the relationship between quality cost management and enterprise performance, identifying scientific management methods, and continuously improving quality cost management are important means of enhancing enterprise competitiveness. It is expected that it can provide some references for enterprises to carry out quality cost management effectively.

Purpose - In 2022, the United States introduced Creative Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors for America Act, which strengthened the export control on China’s chips, semiconductors, and other products. The scientific and technological relation between China and the United States is in a tense state, which has a negative impact on the complementary development of technology between China and the United States, as well as the development of China’s semiconductor industry. In the current situation of the scientific and technological relation between China and the United States, this paper hopes to play a certain reference role in the faster and better development of China’s semiconductor industry. Design/Methodology/Approach - This paper uses literature analysis, qualitative analysis and case analysis to elaborate on the general situation of the semiconductor industry and the development process of China’s semiconductor industry under the global semiconductor industry, and analyzes the development, present situation and future of Sino-us scientific and technological relations. Findings - This paper discusses the development problems and opportunities of China’s semiconductor industry under the Sino-US science and technology relations, and puts forward the development strategy of China’s semiconductor industry under the Sino-US science and technology relations. This paper can bring enlightenment to the development of China’s semiconductor industry under the Sino-US science and technology relations. Research Implications - Through the study of the development opportunities and strategies of China’s semiconductor industry under the Sino-US scientific and technological relation, Chinese semiconductor enterprises can better cope with the impact of the United States on the development of China’s semiconductor industry, grasp the development opportunities of the semiconductor industry, and achieve the development goals of the semiconductor industry in the difficult situation.

China’s exports of aquatic products will reach 21. 926billion U. S. dollars in 2021, up 15. 31 percent year-on-year and 23. 03 billion U. S. dollars in 2022, an increase of 5. 04 percent year-on year. Based on this background, this paper will analyze the export structure of Chinese fisheries products based on HS code and analyze the competitiveness of Chinese fisheries products through trade competition index (TC). The paper points out the existing problems in China’s export of fishery products to Korea and puts forward a targeted and effective development strategy.

The signing and implementation of RCEP mark the birth of a highly promising free trade zone. This agreement not only promotes the liberalization of regional trade and investment, creating an integrated regional market but also drives regional economic growth, supporting the stability and prosperity of the East Asian economic sphere. Simultaneously, it contributes to global economic recovery.The implementation of RCEP brings new development opportunities to China’s manufacturing industry but also imposes higher standards, stricter rules, and intensified competition. Chinese manufacturing will face more challenges. This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by RCEP to China and proposes policy suggestions to promote the development of China’s manufacturing industry, including strengthening cooperation with RCEP countries, enhancing technological innovation capabilities, and prioritizing the development of the workforce.

This analysis was aimed at analyzing the proposed inland dry port projects in Malawi to decide which of them is a priority project. This Analysis used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method. It involved four alternatives and five criteria elements. According to this analysis, Nsanje project is the most priority inland dry port project with 31% priority score. The second one is Mbamba Bay project with 25% priority score. Followed by Liwonde project with 24% priority score and finally Chilumba project with 18% priority score. Criteria wise, proximity to major ports is the most priority criterion with a 29% score. Payback period and economic benefit was second important criteria with a 22% score. Bilateral and regional support is the third important criterion with an 18% score. Room for expansion and future demand had a 16% score hence being the fourth important criterion. Environmental considerations had a 15% score being the fifth important criterion. The government of Malawi should prioritize the alternatives and consider the criteria elements in the order of importance as stated and recommended in this analysis. There is also need for partnership with Korean government and companies on financing, design and development of these ports.

Many Korean sentences use multiple particles following the head noun, a construction known as “조사 결합” (particle combination). However, there is no unified consensus among scholars regarding the concept, classification, and constraints of Korean particle combinations. This study aims to review existing concepts and terminology related to Korean particle combinations through previous research, classify subcategories of particles, and reestablish the concepts of particle combinations and compound particles. Additionally, it selects three representative reading materials commonly used in Korean linguistics and analyzes them to categorize and organize the patterns and order of Korean particle combinations by type. This research seeks to assist learners in better understanding particle combinations and reducing errors in their usage.

As there are no special laws and regulations against L/C fraud in the world, the prevention of L/C fraud mainly depends on the import and export enterprises themselves, banks, financial institutions and judicial departments of various countries. Through case analysis, this paper elaborates the causes, ways, prevention and relief of L/C fraud from the perspectives of importers, exporters and banks, and summarizes the common means of L/C fraud, hoping to provide some reference value for readers of this paper in the prevention and response of L/C fraud.

With the annual increase in the production and distribution of fresh agricultural products and the rapid development of China’s e-commerce business circle, while the huge online transactions need the support of offline logistics services, a series of problems such as violent screening in the logistics industry still need to be solved. Therefore, how to improve the quality of logistics services and make consumers satisfied is an urgent problem for the licensee. Based on the SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model and LSQ logistics service quality model, an evaluation model of the impact of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics service on customer satisfaction was constructed from four dimensions of reliability, visibility, information and service flexibility. This paper clarifies the relationship between consumer satisfaction and provides a basis for improving cold chain logistics service quality, including studying the evaluation of consumers’ purchase of fresh products on the Internet and establishing logistics service quality indicators. In this study, the analysis results generally have a significant impact on logistics service quality (+) and customer satisfaction. According to the characteristics of consumers, the impact of cold chain service quality on customer satisfaction may vary.
