본 논문에서는 문법적 관용표현 속에 관형사형어미 ‘ㄴ,은,는,ㄹ,을’ 과 의존명사의 결합 양상을 고찰하였다. 그들 간의 결합 양상을 크게 세 가지로 나누어 각각 자세히 다루었고, 해당 관형사형어미 앞의 품사와 시제의 제약에 대해서도 함께 검토하였다. 이를 통해 관형사형어미‘ㄴ,은,는,ㄹ,을’과 의존명사의 결합에 대한 논리를 분석하여 그들의 결합 여부가 언어 습관에 달려 있기도 하고 해당 관용표현의 의미에 달려 있기도 하다는 점을 제시하였다. 의존명사 앞에 ‘ㄴ,은,는,ㄹ,을’이 다 나올 수 있는 관용표현은 다소 복잡한데, 이런 관용표현에 대한 의미적, 시제적 양상을 따로 분석하였다.

본 연구는 강소성 해외직접투자가 지역기술혁신에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 하였다. 그랜저 인과관계 분석한 결과 해외직접투자가 모국의 기술혁신에 대한 촉진효과를 나타내고 모국의 기술력상승이 해외직접투자에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것을 입증하였다. 벡터오차수정(VEC)모형을 통한 분석결과는 양자가 장기적인 정(+)의 관계의 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 단기적으로 보면 전년도 기술력상승은 해외직접투자에 대한 촉진효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실증분석 결과를 토대로 향후 강소성의 해외직접투자 활성화 방안도 제안하였다.

인터넷의 등장에 따라 전자상거래 업계의 고속 발전이 추진되었다. 제3자 결제는 인터넷 기술 개발의 맥락에서 등장한 새로운 유형의 결제 방법이다. 제3자 결제의 발달로 사람들에게 편리하고 빠른 온라인 결제 방법이 제공되었으며, 사람들의 생활이 가속화됨에 따라 점점 더 많은 사람들이 이 빠른 방법을 선택하고 제3자 결제가 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 그러나 제3자 결제 산업은 플랫폼의 건전한 개발을 촉진하기 위해 개선해야하는 기술적 위험, 자본 강수 위험 및 플랫폼 도덕적 위험과 같은 잠재적 위험도 있다.

농촌 관광 이해관계자의 요구에 대한 관심과 그들의 이익에 대한 중시는 그들과 타 이해관계자 간의 잠재적 충돌 해소에 도움을 주면서 농촌 관광지의 지속가능한 발전을 실현하게 한다. 농촌 관광의 발전 과정은 현지 정부, 주민, 관광 기업, 관광객 등 다양한 이해관계자들의 이익과 연관되어 있다. 본고는 현재 중국의 농촌 관광 발전 과정에서 이해관계자 간 갈등의 원인과 모순의 구체적 내용에 대한 심도 있는 분석을 진행했고, 이해관계자 간 갈등의 해소를 위해 이익의 표현, 획득, 분배, 보장 등 네 가지 측면에서 구체적인 이해관계자 간 관계 조율 조치를 제시했다. 또한 원가촌의 사례를 통해 해당 관계 조율 조치의 실행 가능성을 검증했다.

본고는 문물보호국, 수도국 등 부서를 방문하고 관련 시골에 대한 현지 조사를 함으로써 한단(邯鄲) 시 부양하(滏陽河) 연선 현존 고교의 현황을 정리하고 자세히 분석하여 고교 보호 제안을 냈다. 이를 통해 사회 전반의 고교 보호 의식을 제고하였다. 또한, 과학적인 고교 보호 계획을 세움으로써 앞으로 고교 보호 자금의 전면적인 조달과 고교 자원의 종합적인 개발에 도움이 될 예정이다. 뿐만 아니라 도시 건설에서 고교 보호 의식을 향상시키며 도시문화 건설에 고교 문화의 힘도 강화시키면 좋겠다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effects of experience motivations based on relationships between physical environment and visitors’ satisfaction of Jeonju Hanok Village. With respect to these matters, I hope that the result of this study can contribute to establishing marketing strategies to further enhance the competitiveness of Jeonju Hanok Village. First, attractiveness, convenience, and cleanliness of the physical environment of Jeonju Hanok Village have positive effects on visitors’ satisfaction level; yet, accessibility and entertainment were found not to have significant impacts. Second, experience motivations have moderating effects between convenience and visitors’ satisfaction, and cleanliness and visitors’ satisfaction. Due to limitations on sampling methods, one needs to take caution to generalize the result of the study and implement the result in practice subsequentially. However, I think that there was a meaningful result, which successfully expanded the area of research, by analyzing the influence of the physical environment of Jeonju Hanok Village on visitors’ satisfaction and analyzing the moderating effect of experience motivation.

현재 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증이 전 세계적으로 계속 확산되어 경제와 무역에 미치는 영향이 지속적으로 깊어지고 있다. 2002년 11월에 한중일 자유무역지대를 설립하는 구상이 제출된 후에, 한중일 FTA는 벌써 18년 정도 난항을 겪어왔다. 현재 3자는 상품무역, 서비스무역, 투자, 규칙 등 중요한 제안 에 대해 심도 있는 의견을 교환하였으며, 공동으로 참여하고 있는 ‘역내포괄적경제동반자협정’(RCEP) 이 공감대를 바탕으로 무역과 투자의 자유화 수준을 더욱 높이고, 높은 기준의 규칙을 수립하여 한중일 자유무역협정을 구축하기로 합의하였다.

디지털 경제의 급속한 발전으로 전통적인 과세제도가 새로운 경제 형태인 디지털경제에 더 이상 적용 할 수 없게 한다. 디지털 경제 발전에 걸맞은 조세제도를 적극적으로 구축하는 것은 오늘날 사회에서 직면해야 할 과제다. 본 연구는 먼저 디지털 경제의 정의와 특징 및 디지털세에 대해 기술하였다. 디지털경제가 중국의 경제·사회에 가져온 새로운 변화를 착안점으로 납세 주체의 감독, 과세 대상의 확정, 과세지의 결정 등 현행 조세제도에 대한 디지털 경제의 도전을 체계적으로 분석했다. 이와 함께 디지털 경제에 따른 과세 문제가 경제사회 발전의 효율성과 공정성에 미치는 부정적 영향도 살펴보았다. 시장 메커니즘의 왜곡, 재정수입의 손실, 조세권 배분의 불공평 및 조세부담의 불균형 등 문제를 포함한다. 그 다음 관련 국제기구 및 국가들의 디지털 경제 조세 도전에 대한 대응책을 정리했다. OECD는 국제 조세 제도의 개편을 촉진하기 위한 Two-Pillar 계획, UN이 이중과세방지 협약에 신설하는 제12B 조항, EU가 역내 조세규칙 조정을 추진하는 방안 그리고 미국이 국내 조세제도 개혁을 추진하는 방안 등이다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 디지털 경제에 따른 과세 도전에 대한 국제적 대응방안과 중국 조세정책의 문제점을 기초하여 조세제도, 세금 징수·관리 능력, 국제적 조세 협력의 세 가지 측면에서 디지털경제에 걸맞은 조세제도를 보완하는 대책을 제안했다.

중국 프랜차이즈 산업은 급격히 성장하고 있으며, 한국 기업의 진출도 늘어나고 있다. 그러나, 중국 진출 희망기업들의 리스크는 여전히 상존하고 있으며, 실패율 또한 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 중국 프랜차이즈 시스템내에서 성과 향상을 위한 체인본부와 가맹점주의 갈등 유발 및 만족 요인, 체인본부에 대한 가맹점주들의 만족과 신뢰 향상을 위한 체인본부의 비전과 영향요인 등에 대한 연구 부족에서 기인한다. 본 연구에서는 체인본부와 가맹점주 간의 성과 극대화를 위한 거래만족, 체인본부 비전과 선행요인간의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 체인본부 비전에 영향을 미치는 체인본부통제수준, 가맹점 의무 인식정도, 가맹점주 노력은 모두 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 체인본부 만족에 영향을 미치는 체인본부 비전, 체인본부통제수준, 가맹점주 노력은 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 체인본부 성과와 체인본부 거래 만족 간의 관계도 모두 유의한 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 중국 내 프랜차이즈 시스템의 성과 극대화를 위해서는 체인본부 비전에 대한 요인 변수인 체인본부통제수준와 가맹점주 의무 인식정도와 이에 대한 가맹점주 노력이 동반되어야 한다. 또한 체인본부 비전의 명확한 메시지 전달을 통한 거래만족 수준을 높여야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

손중산(孙中山) 선생은 중국 근대 민주혁명의 선구자로서 민주혁명에 그의 일생을 받쳤다. 그는 중국 근대화 시기 민주혁명활동을 하는 과정에서 중국과 서양의 문화와 정치제도를 결합하여 그만의 독특한 정치사상을 형성하고 이를 집대성하여 삼민주의(三民主义)를 창안하였다. 손중산(孙中山)의 정치사상은 삼민주의(三民主义)에서 비롯되었으며, 삼민주의(三民主义)는 다년간의 민주혁명운동의 과정에서 그의 혁명강령이 된다. 손중산은 이러한 사상적 배경하에 서양의 삼권분립체제를 한 단계 발전시킨 오권분립체제의 민주공화제도를 중국에 도입하고자 했다. 이것이 바로 손중산이 주장한 오권헌정(五权宪政)이다. 이는 헌정(宪政)을 민주정치의 기초로 삼고 국민이 정치에 직접 참여할 수 있는 권리를 확대하여 진정한 민주국가를 건설하기 위한 것이었다.

Since the beginning of 2020, Corona-19 has broke out and spread around the world. In order to control the epidemic, China has adopted a series of measures such as delaying the resumption of work and production of enterprises, compulsory closure of restaurant and entertainment business, which have effectively contained the spread of the epidemic to a large extent. However, a series of policies in response to the epidemic have also traumatized the economy. In particular, it has caused great difficulties to the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises. This article conducted a questionnaire survey on the status of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) affected by the epidemic. The results of the survey show that 85% of SMEs have a cash balance that is able to support operation for less than 3 months, indicating that SMEs have a high risk of financial vulnerability, and most SMEs face the risk of capital disruption and crisis. The central and local governments have successively issued hundreds of policies to help small and medium-sized enterprises overcome the difficulties. In addition to the well utilization of supporting policies of the government, small and medium-sized enterprises should seek self-help and development based on their own particularly on the working capital management. In this process, small and medium-sized enterprises need to be more conservative, pay attention to reducing expenditure, try to save cash by negotiation and signing agreements etc. and set scientifically credit conditions, use the Internet to strengthen cooperation, expand sales channels and smoothly survive this difficult epidemic period.

이 글은 2003~2018년까지 16년간 중국이 아세안(동남아국가연합)에 직접 투자한 패널 데이터를 수집해 분석한 것으로, IMF의 대표적 금융기관 발전 수준을 보여주는 FI (Financial Institution Index)와 금융시장 발전 수준을 보여주는 FM (Financial Markets Index)을 채택해 ASEAN의 금융 발전 수준을 가늠 하는 변수로 삼았다. 각국의 정치적 수준을 대변하는 WGI(Worldwide Governance Indicators)와 각국의 인간개발지수를 나타내는 HDI (Human Development Index)를 채택해 아세안 사회 환경을 가늠 하는 변수로 삼았다. 이를 조절변수로 삼아 아세안에 대한 중국의 직접투자를 각각 상호작용을 하여 중국의 직접투자가 아세안의 경제에 미치는 영향을 관측하였다. 그 결과 중국의 동남아국가연합(ASEAN)에 대한 직접투자가 유치국 경제 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 아세안의 사회 환경과 금융 발전은 중국의 직접 투자에 대해 부정적인 조정 작용을 가져온다.

Food design is a new interdisciplinary subject. In the Netherlands, France, the United States and other countries, the academic research and practical application of food design have been developed. By contrast, research of Food Design in China is still in its infancy. Firstly, This paper summarizes the history of food design, secondly discusses the current category and three focuses of this discipline. Then draw a conclusion of the designer role, and finally predicts the development prospect of the subject to provide reference for academic research on Food Design.

The film Legend of The Demon Cat is another attempt and breakthrough under the background of cultural commercialization and film industrialization. This paper attempts to explore the unique aesthetic thinking and profound cultural reflection behind the creation of Chen Kaige's series of films by analyzing the creative technique, narrative mode, aesthetic value, aesthetic style and cultural context of the film “Legend of the Demon Cat.”

Motion graphics originated from the dynamic title design of the film openings. With the maturity of film narrative mode and the continuous advancement of digital technology, the motion graphics have obtained a broader performance space in the design of film openings and closings, which can be freely integrated with the painting art, traditional folk art, photography and other art methods. At the same time, a variety of narrative art creations are carried out in combination with the film’s tone, character images, story plots, scenes and other contents. On the one hand, it brings much audiovisual enjoyment to the audiences. On the other hand, it complements the film narration perfectly as an additional text of the film.

Purpose: To study the narrative characteristics and narrative strategies of new media display design. Method: By the way of introducing the related theories and concepts of narratology into the new media display design, combined with actual cases and literature, this paper summarizes the narrative elements, narrative characteristics and narrative structure of new media display design, and then explores the new media display design of new methods, new strategies. Conclusion: New media display makes use of information technology, digital technology, intelligent equipment and other cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements to create the space environment, of which narrative style is characterized by cross-media narration, dynamic narration and participatory narration. Narrative method can be started and designed with project planning and design from three aspects: establishing narrative key words, organizing reasonable narrative structure and selecting appropriate narrative media, so as to bring "story" deep memory and immersion experience to the audience.
