        As the capacity of renewable power generation facilities rapidly increases, the variability of electric power system and gas turbine power generation is also increasing. Therefore, problems may occur that require urgent repair while the gas turbine rotor is stopped. When the gas turbine rotor turning is stopped and then restarted, if the turning period is not appropriate, severe vibration may occur due to rotor bending. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that normal operation is possible when the gap data measured at the start of rotor turning after maintenance work is similar to the existing value. And the vibration value at the start of rotor turning was lower as the rotor temperature was lower or the stop period was shorter.

        본 연구는 대학에서 미래 일자리 지형변화에 대응하고 신기술분야의 주요 직무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 핵심 직무역량 도출을 국내 K대학의 사례를 통해 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 신기술분야 로 지능형드론 및 UAM 신기술분야를 선정하고 지역산업 및 K대학 역량 분석 기반으로 핵심직무역량 도출하고자 신기술분야 사례분석-신산업 분야 직무 역량 정의-산업체 전문가 의견 수렴(FGI)-대학 교원 인터뷰 및 설문조사-산업현장성 검증 단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신 기술분야의 문헌 및 자료분석을 통해 직무역량을 정의하고 산업 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 직무기초역량 11개, 직무기술역량 43개, 및 초직능적 기술역량 28개 후보군이 도출되었다. 둘째, 관련 대학 교원을 대상 으로 설문조사 결과, 총 7개의 직무기초역량, 9개의 직무기술역량, 8개의 초직능적 기술역량으로 직무역 량 모델을 구성하였다. 셋째, 도출된 직무역량을 토대로 지역 산업 현장 검증을 설문조사를 실시하였고 최종 선정을 위해 각 역량에 대한 Needs Weight를 산출하였다. 그 결과 직무기초역량으로 ‘직업적 윤리 의식, 창의적 사고, 혁신적 사고, 융합적사고, 미래지향적 사고’, 초직능적기술역량은 ‘문제인식 및 문제해 결력, 자기주도성, 탐구정신, 협동 및 기술협력, 의사소통’ , 직무기술역량은 ‘이동체 제어기술, 설계/제작/ 제어능력, 무선통신기술, 센서시스템 활용기술, ICT 기술이해 및 활용’ 등으로 규명되었다. 결과를 토대로 신기술분야의 핵심직무역량 도출을 위한 시사점과 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

        Coupled thermo-hydraulic-mechanical (THM) processes are essential for the long-term performance of deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste. In this study, a numerical sensitivity analysis was performed to analyze the effect of rock properties on THM responses after the execution of the heater test at the Kamaishi mine in Japan. The TOUGHFLAC simulator was applied for the numerical simulation assuming a continuum model for coupled THM analysis. The rock properties included in the sensitivity study were the Young’s modulus, permeability, thermal conductivity, and thermal expansion coefficients of crystalline rock, rock salt, and clay. The responses, i.e., temperature, water content, displacement, and stress, were measured at monitoring points in the buffer and near-field rock mass during the simulations. The thermal conductivity had an overarching impact on THM responses. The influence of Young’s modulus was evident in the mechanical behavior, whereas that of permeability was noticed through the change in the temperature and water content. The difference in the THM responses of the three rock type models implies the importance of the appropriate characterization of rock mass properties with regard to the performance assessment of the deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste.

        국내 Y정수처리시설에 20-40 m3/m2/h의 표면부하율을 갖는 고속 용존공기부상공정을 도입하였다. 우선, 용존공기부상공정과 입상활성탄 공정이 결합된 반응기를 일처리용량 500 m3/day의 조건으로 운전하였다. 운전결과는 두 공정이 원수내 탁도, 조류, 지오스민, 2-MIB를 감소시킬 수 있음을 증명하였다. 도출된 최적 설계요소를 활용하여 현장규모의 공정(5,000 m3/day)에 용존공기부상공정을 도입하였다. 여름철 56일간 조류와 탁도 제거율을 평가하였다. 처리수 내 조류의 개체수는 20-30 cells/mL 이하로 유지되었으며, 조류 제거효율은 80-89%를 기록하였다. 침전법 및 용존공기부상공정 처리수질의 탁도 제거효율을 비교한 결과 평균 탁도 제거효율은 77%를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과들은 고속 용존공기부상공정이 여름철 음용수의 탁도 및 조류와 같은 저밀도 고형물을 제거하는데 유의미한 방법임을 나타냈으며, GAC는 맛・냄새를 유발하는 화합물(지오스민, 2-MIB)를 제거할 수 있는 공정 옵션인 것을 확인하였다.

        This study is to develop a radish skin peeling machine. Currently, radish peeling work is carried out manually, so the unit price is high due to the increase in labor cost, and problems related to hygiene continue to occur. To solve this problem, a field supply type radish skin peeling machine was designed and manufactured. The peeling machine is a principle in which the skin is removed by conveying the radish using a roller and passing through a blade assembly. In this paper, the design and analysis of the roller and blade part applied during the movement of the radish were carried out, and structurally stable results were obtained.

        본 연구에서는 미용분야 창업 활성화를 위해 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 탐색적 데이터 분석(EDA) 을 기반으로 하여 2019년부터 2021년 동안 각 년도별로 기간을 구분하여 ‘미용창업’에 대한 수요 변화와 감정 및 의미 차이의 특징적인 패턴을 도출하고자 하였다. ‘미용창업’ 키워드를 주제로 연관된 검색어를 추 출한 결과 창업에 필요한 전문적인 창업교육 보다는 미용관련 기술을 배울 수 있는 기관이나 자격증에 더 많은 관심을 보였으며, 이는 정부 및 지자체에서 여러 가지 창업지원 정책들이 마련되고 있음에도 불구하 고 여전히 전문적인 창업교육의 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있는 것으로 파악할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 대안 으로 미용분야 창업을 성공적으로 이루기 위한 전공별 맞춤형 창업교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 탐색적 데이터 분석을 통해 가설을 설정하고 전통적인 확증적 데이터 분석(CDA)을 결합 하여 가설을 검증한다. 미용 창업을 위한 탐색적 데이터 분석 방법이 존재한 적은 없으며, 정식 창업교육의 필요성을 언급하기보다는 미용창업에 대한 관심 변화와 예비창업자의 요구사항을 탐색적 데이터로 분석한 다면 맞춤형 창업 프로그램 개발에 도움이 될 것이라고 확신한다.

        Traditional building technique has been used as the main technology in the field of architectural heritage conservation in South Korea. It has remained this way with very little resistance until now. But the time has come to question the appropriateness of traditional technique as conservation technique. In this paper a study was done on the properties of the traditional technique and the architectural heritage conservation technique in order to define the appropriateness between the two techniques. As a result the traditional technique was found to be unfit for conservation technique. The reasons are as follows. First, there is a time gap between the traditional technique and the time when the heritage was first built. Second, conservation work is about retaining the values of being a heritage while the traditional technique is about safeness and practicality. Third, the use of traditional technique comes with using the tools of its time which cannot ensure the safety of the heritage. The traditional technique must be looked upon as one of an option in the field of conservation. We must develop a better conservation technology by finding balance between the traditional technique and modern science. And further more an aggressive investment must be made in order to realize this objective.

        The “shadow zone” is defined as a region below a flow obstacle, such as a vault, in unsaturated soils. Due to the capillary discontinuity of the cavity, water saturation on the top and side of the cavity is higher than the ambient saturation. On the bottom of the cavity, however, there is a region where water saturation is lower than ambient saturation. Undoubtedly, a shadow zone may also exist below a LILW disposal vault built in subsurface soils above the water table before the vault is fully degraded. During the degradation, flow in the shadow zone is controlled by the rate of water infiltrating the degrading vault. In this study, as one of the efforts to be made for enhancing safety margin by a realistic safety assessment of the engineered vault type LILW disposal facility, the shadow zone effect is investigated by a numerical parametric study using AMBER code. The conceptual model and data were excerpted from IAEA, ISAM Vault Test Case for the liquid release design scenario. It is assumed that the nearfield barriers degrade with time. In order to compare a visible shadow zone effect, the vault degradation period is assumed to be both 500 and 1,000 years, and the shadow zone depth to be varied according to unsaturated zone lithology. It can be seen that with a shorter shadow zone (2.7 m), radionuclides arrive at the water table earlier than with a full shadow zone (55 m) due to increased advection rate in the unsaturated zone. This effect tends to be more visible in the case of a longer degradation period. For radionuclides with short residence time relative to their half-lives in the unsaturated zone, such as Tc-99 and I-129, the radionuclides are shown to come out because they will arrive sooner, thereby allowing less peak release rate, when the shadow zone effect is considered. Once the vault is completely degraded and the infiltration rate of water flowing through the vault is equal to the ambient rate, the shadow zone effect disappears. In this example calculations using IAEA ISAM Vault Test Case input parameters, it might not be shown a significant shadow zone effect. Nevertheless, when the extent of the shadow zone is determined through more sophisticated hydraulic studies in the unsaturated soils surrounding the vault, the shadow zone effect would be checked up on the realistic near-field radionuclide transport modeling in order to contribute to gaining safety margins for post-closure safety assessment of the Wolsong 2nd phase LILW disposal facility.

        Equipment used for ships operating in the polar regions, such as icebreakers, should consider countermeasures against freezing. This study performed a structural design that prevents freezing and tolerates thermal stress and wind pressure of the air vent louver heating blades. As boundary conditions for performing the analysis, analysis was performed when the flow rates at the inlet end were 10m/s, 20m/s 30m/s, 40m/s, and 50m/s. As a result of the analysis, if the CNT heating element can maintain the heating performance of 200°C, the blade can maintain the room temperature state except for the end of about 40mm. There are pressure drop between the front and rear of the air vent louver. It can be seen that the allowable wind speed varies depending on the design criteria. As a results, it is required to select an optimal heating temperature to prevent condensation of a blade, optimize the generation of compressive stress by thermal expansion, and trade off the wind pressure and thermal stress according to wind speed.

        PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to present a practical application method for measuring the setting time of concrete in the field, considering different concrete blending and curing environments. METHODS : In the experimental environment of the concrete setting experiment, a mold was made in the laboratory, and the curing temperature was performed at laboratory room temperature (20-25 ℃), heater (30 ℃), and dryer (40 ℃). In the field, the experimental method was performed in summer and autumn, setting experiments on penetration resistance, ultrasonic pulse velocity, and semi-calorimeter. RESULTS : The result of the concrete setting time experiment was that the early setting time was achieved in the combination of filash and slag when the concrete was mixed, and the setting time in the curing environment was the same as the early setting time in the field. The setting time measurement method shows the correlation of the high crystal coefficient at UPV with 0.99 based on PR and the good ratio of 92 % to 107 % on average. In addition, the semi-calorimeter shows a good crystal coefficient of 0.96 to 0.99 and a good setting time of 88 % to 101 % on average. CONCLUSIONS : The analysis of the setting time of the concrete shows that the curing temperature is more affected than the mixture, and it is considered that the UPV test, which evaluates the reliability of the degree of purification, is easy to sampie among the three methods.
