경북농업기술원 구미화훼시험장에서는 2003년 오렌지색의 스프레이 장미 ‘Illsse’를 모본으로, 밝은 보라색의스프레이 장미 ‘Heidi’를 부본으로 인공교배하여 양성한실생개체를 2005년에 1차 선발하고 2006년부터 2008년까지 3년 동안 생육특성검정을 실시하여 최종적으로 진한 분홍색 스프레이 장미 ‘Pink Grace’를 선발육성하였다. ‘Pink Grace’는 진한 분홍색의 스프레이 장미로 화형은 반고심형이고 꽃잎은 타원형이며 꽃 직경은 5.4cm,꽃잎 수 26매 이다. 연간 절화 수량은 116.7본/m2이고특히, 절화장이 60cm 이상인 상등품 수량이 41.7본으로대비품종 33.7본 보다 8본이 더 많았다. 절화 수명은12.8일 이고 소비자 기호도가 4.0으로 대비품종 ‘Pinocchio’의 3.8 보다 우수하였다.

경북농업기술원 구미화훼시험장에서 육성한 장미 ‘Hanaro Pink’ 는 분홍색의 ‘Noblesse’를 모본, 황색의 ‘Sahara’를 부본으로 2002년에 인공교배 한 후 2005년부터 2008년까지 4년간 특성검 정을 하여 2008년에 최종 선발되어 ‘Hanaro Pink’로 명명하였다. 분홍색 스탠다드 절화장미 ‘Hanaro Pink’는 화형이 고심형이고 가 시가 거의 없으며 연간 절화수량이 122.7본/m2이며, 절화장 64.0cm, 꽃직경 10.6cm, 줄기직경 6.3mm, 절화수명 13.7일이며 특히, 개화지 중간부의 가시가 아주 적어 취급이 용이하였다.

Purpose: The study was undertaken to evaluate the reliability and validity of hypoglycemia clinical judgment rubric which developed for investigation nursing student’s clinical judgement competency on hypoglycemia simulation practice. Methods: The study was a methodological study with 59 nursing students from Y University participating. Fifty video files were used to analyze nursing student’s clinical judgment competency. Rubric was consisted with 11 questions having 4 phases (beginning, developing, accomplished, and exemplary) and composed with 4 sub-categories (noticing, interpreting, responding and evaluation/reflecting). Results: The value of inter-rater reliability was r=.92 (p<.001) and Kendall tau b=.79 (p<.001). The value of intra-rater reliability was r=.92 (p<.001) and r=.99 (p<.001). Cronbach's α was .93 as internal consistency reliability. Construct validity by factor analysis, 3 factors were extracted and it explained 80.9% of the variance in clinical judgment competency. The value of competency of hypoglycemia clinical judgment was 2.47 (±.42). Conclusion: The hypoglycemia clinical judgment rubric can be used for assessing clinical judgment competency on simulation practice. Also, it can be applied for evaluation a clinical judgment as a nursing program outcome of nursing students.

An effective method, use of a 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) derivatization and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet (UV) detection, has been used for separation carbonyl compounds. In particular, acetonitrile/water composition as a mobile phase could not separated acrolein/acetone and 2-butanone/ butyraldehyde. In this study, however, that"s compounds separated using acetonitrile/water/tetrahydrofuran as a mobile phase. The resolution was 1.48 and 1.46, respectively. Also, aldehydes and ketones was shown different decrease rate and increase resolution at increase tetrahydrofuran ratio. But butyraldehyde become coeluted methacrolein. Therefore, it is need to consider of mobile phase for separation of butyraldehyde.

In this study fuji apples variation were measured during gradual decay, stored 5 weeks at 25℃. A aluminum and glass emission chamber were used for visual inspection throughout the experiment. The sampling was performed by using polyester aluminum bags and Tenax-TA tubes. In addition, GC/FID/O and TD-GC/MS were used for monitoring the compound of odor and its density variation during each storing period. By visual inspection, we found that the apples started decaying in 4th week and were rotten to core in 5th week. In contrast, individual odor analysis shows that the apples flavor reduced gradually and dramatically increased with the odor of old apples and apple cider in 3rd week, which was before visual identification of decay. This phenomenon was due to ongoing internal decay. ethyl 2-methylbutanoate, ethyl propanoate and 2-methylbutyl acetate were the major factor of this off-flavor in this period (3rd week). After visible observation of decay (4th week and 5th week), ethyl acetate, ethyl butanoate and hexyl ethanoate were emitted, which smells bitter or sour. Above 6 odors are closely related with apples decay, and measurement of smell or density of these odors could easily check the apples status. We expect measuring composition variation can be applied for food storage and management cause of not only internal change checking but also monitoring pre-decay phenomenon.

1999, 2002년에 인공교배한 조합에서 선발된 계통들을 2004년부터 2006년까지 특성검정을 거쳐 최종 육성한 분화장미 신품종 ‘타이니볼’은 백/분홍 복합색의 왜성형 분화장미로 대비품종에 비해 꽃크기는 작은 편이나 꽃 잎수와 착화수가 많으며, 수고가 낮아 왜화제 처리 없 이도 상품화율이 높다.

대수학 부구조법은 대형 문제들의 고유치 계산에 최고 성능을 지닌 방법이지만 근본적으로 최소 고유치만을 계산하기 위해 설계되었다. 본 논문에서는 이동값을 이용하여 특정범위 안의 내부 고유치를 계산하기 위해 대수학 부구조법의 갱신된 버전을 제안하고, 이를 이동 대수학 부구조법이라 명명한다. 그리고 구조문제의 유한요소모델에 대한 수치실험을 통해 제안된 방법이 다수의 내부고유치를 계산하는데 란쵸스방법보다 월등한 효율성을 가지고 있음을 보였다.

In this study, Artemisia capillaris, which has been used as oriental medicine area and folks remedy, was investigated for effective substance (scopoletin) analysis. As an attempt to develop new functional beverage by using medicinal herb, Artemisia capillaris. Therefore we investigate the effect of scopoletin in Artemisia capillaris on vessel and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) of rats. Artemisia capillaris extract was significantly decreased vessel constraction and significantly increased rCBF. Artemisia capillaris has often been cited in medical literature for its medicinal effects. Although the Korean Food and Drug Administration indicated Artemisia capillaris as the In-Jin-Sook which was allowed as a food stuff. From the view point of the subjects who eat In-Jin-Sook products, most of them ingested it for a certain pharmacological efficacy rather than as a beverage or a food. According to this facts, we need develop functional foods using In-Jin-Sook. Also scopoletin, get known to smooth muscle relaxation content was 326.13 ug/g. These results demonstrate that Artemisia capillaris has pharmaceutical effects and balanced nutritional contents. In according with Artemisia capillaris has a sufficiency of the terms use of food stuff in functional foods.

본 연구는 년(5년간) 제주도에서 사육중인 제주 한우와 흑우를 체내 수정란의 생산과 수정란 이식 기술을 통하여 조기 증식하고자 실시하였다. 한우 고등 등록우 286두와 흑우 경산우 69두(총 355두)에 대하여 발정 주기에 관계없이 CIDR를 질내에 삽입 후 7일째부터 성선 자극 호르몬() 400 mg을 50 mg씩 균등하게 나누어 4일간 12시간 간격으로 근육주사하였다. 투여 6회째에 CIDR를 제거하였으며, 동시에 25mg을 근육 주사하여 과배란을

파랑하중 및 지진하중을 받는 스틸자켓 해양구조물의 기하학적 비선형성을 고려한 정적 및 동적해석을 위한 주처리 및 전/후처리 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 이용한 해석결과를 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 스틸자켓을 기하학적 비선형성을 고려한 공간뼈대구조로 모델링하여, 유체 동하중은 선형파이론과 Stokes 5차이론에 의하여 구해진 파의 속도와 가속도를 이용하여 Morison 방정식에 근거한 파력을 계산한다. JONSWAP 스펙트럼을 이용하여 특정 유효파공의 크기에 따라 불규칙파를 생성하며, 지진하중은 인공지진 가속도 프로그램(SIMQKE)을 이용하여 목표응답스펙트럼에 맞는 다양한 형태의 인공지진 가속도를 이용하여 동적해석법을 제시한다. 선형 동적 해석을 위하여 직접 적분법과 모드 중첩법을 사용하며, 비선형 동적해석시에는 직접 적분법을 적용한다. 또한, 스틸자켓의 극한거동을 추적하기 위하여 뼈대구조의 소성힌지 해석법을 적용한다. 연계논문 에서는 전/후처리 프로그램의 내용을 설명하고 해양환경하중을 받는 스틸자켓의 정적 및 동적해석 결과를 제시한다.

The effect of β-heat treatment on th microstructure, mechanical properties and texture in the nuclear fuel cladding of Zircaloy-4 tubes was chosen at 1000, 1100 and 1200˚C, and the tubes were heat-treated by a high frequency vacuum induction furnace. Morphology of the second phase particles and α-grain of as-received tubes were markedly changed by heat treatment. The average sizes of second phase particles of as-received and β-heat treated tubes were 0.1μm and 0.076μm, respectively. However, the average sizes of second phase particles were not much changed in the β-heated temperatures. With increasing heat treatment temperatures, the 0.2% yield strength and the hoop strength were decreased because of changes in preferred orientation as will as α-plate width. Heat treated Zircaloy-4 tubes exhibited texture changes but the preferred orientation of grains still remained.
