본 계획은 충청남도 예산군 삽교읍 신가리에 위치한 면적 23,176㎡의 삽교근린공원 계획안으로써 미조성공원의 해결과 지역발전을 위한 주제공원의 개념을 도입하여 계획하였다.삽교근린공원은 다음과 같은 계획목표를 설정하여 계획하였다. 첫째, 삽교지역의 정체성 및 이미지 향상을 위한 지역대표장소로서의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 하고 둘째, 삽교지역과 주변관광자원을 연계시킬 수 있는 거점공간으로 지역발전을 도모하며셋째, 지역주민들을 위한 문화 및 사회적 장소로써의 역할을 수행하고 넷째, 환경 친화적인 공간을 조성하는데 있다.십교근린공원은 크게 삽다리공간, 출향인물공간, 건강공간으로 3개의 단위공간으로 구성하였다. 각각의 공간은 지역의상징성을 통해 공간을 연출하고 있으며, 이러한 단위공간들은 공간적 연속성을 위해 유기적으로 계획하였다. 또한 다양한활동을 위한 체육센터, 미술관을 도입하여 지역주민은 물론 관광객의 문화적, 사회적 장소로서 활용하도록 하였다.본 계획은 지역발전 및 주민들의 애향심 함양과 예산군의 관광경유지로써 문화적 장소를 제공하며 이를 통해 예산군의관광거점이 되는데 기여할 것이다.
This plan of Sapkyo Neighborhood Park is proceeded by introducing the concept of the theme park designated as a solution for none-completed park and local development in an the area of 23,176㎡, located in Singa-ri, Sapkyo-eup, Yesan-Gun, Chungchungnam-do. The Sapkyo Neighborhood Park contains certain planning goals listed below. First of all, it should serve as a local representative place for developing its own identity and image. Secondly, it should promote a local development in Sapkyo district and the vicinity. Thirdly, it should serve as a cultural and social place for local residents, and fourthly, it should promote an eco-friendly spaces for all. The Sapkyo Neighborhood Park is comprised of three parts; space for Sapdari, people who have left their hometown, and health. Each space is presented through local symbolism and these unit spaces are designed for spatial continuity. Moreover, this cultural and social place will function not only for residents, but also for tourists, by providing a sports center and an art museum for various cultural activities. This plan is designed to make a tourism foothold by promoting the development of localization, increased connection to hometown, and the creation of a cultural space for tourism in Yesan-Gun.
