본 연구는 코칭에 대한 NLP적 접근에 대한 것이다. 또한 코치들이 효과적인 코칭을 수행하기위해 전문적으로 사용해야하는 코칭 질문 도구를 제안한다. 그레고리 베이슨의 학습논리적 레벨을 로버트 딜츠가 신경논리적 차원으로 적용한 신경논리적 레벨 6단계는 코치이의 분명한 현실 파악을 위해 코칭과정에서 요긴하게 쓰일 수 있다. 신경논리적 6레벨은 코치이의 1. 환경, 2. 행동, 3. 능력, 4. 신념과 가치, 5. 정체성, 6. 초정체성의 영역을 말한다. 이 영역들은 각기 영역별 특징이 있다. 코칭 시 이 6단계의 영역별 레벨을 잘 이용하여 사용하는 것을 본인은 다각적 코칭이라고 했다. 이러한 코칭방법은 하위레벨에서 일어난 일은 상위레벨의 관건을 해결함으로써 문제해결이 가능하다는 이론적 배경을 갖고 있다. 이것은 6단계 레벨을 감지하는 좋은 질문을 통해서 가능하다.

This study is about an approach to coaching in NLP(Neuro Linguistic programming).nIt also suggests shows questions and tools for coaching which coaches should usenprofessionally for an effective coaching.nThe Neurological Six Levels for which Robert Dilts applied Gregory Bateson’s LearningnLogical Levels on Neurological Levels can be useful in the process of coaching for clearnrecognition of reality.nThe Neurological Six Levels are as follows; 1-Environment, 2-Behaviors, 3-Capabilities,n4-Beliefs and Values, 5-Identity, 6-Super identity.nThese levels have their own characteristics and I call effective use of these six levels atnthe time of coaching many-sided (or multilateral) coaching.
