본 연구는 보육시설에서 유아의 대인문제해결력과 조망수용능력 증진을 위해 NLP코칭 동화프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 유아의 대인문제해결력과 조망수용능력 증진을 위하여 표준보육과정의 사회관계영역의 내용을 기본 방향으로 정하고 프로그램을 개발함에 있어 유아들이 이전에 접하지 않은 영리더십센타에서 감수한 동화를 선정하여 NLP코칭스킬을 적용하는 방법을 사용했다. 본 프로그램은 17차시 활동으로 구성되어 있으며 유아들의 관심과 흥미를 유발하기 위해 매차시마다 동화를 적용하고 신체, 음악, 미술, 문학 등 다양한 매체를 활용한 활동으로 구성하였다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위한 연구의 대상은 서울시 Y구 D어린이집 만 4세반 1개 학급 22명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 분류하여 총 22명의 유아들 중 11명은 NLP코칭 동화프로그램을 수행하는 실험집단으로,나머지 유아 11명은 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는빈도, 백분율, 표준편차 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 개발된 프로그램은 유아의 대인문제해결력을 증진시키고 유아의 조망수용능력을 증진시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to verify its effect of NLP coaching fairy tale programnon enhancing problem-solving skills and prospective taking of preschooler.nIn order to examine the effects on anthropological problem-solving skills and prospectiventaking of preschooler, the sociality area contents in Edu-care curriculum was designated asnbasic direction.nTo develop the program, the NLP coaching skill was applied by selecting and usingnchildren's fairy tales reviewed by the Young Leadership Center have been selected, basednon fairy tales that have not been previously approached by preschooler.nThe program is composed of 17times of activities with telling the children a fairy talenand using physical, musical, artistic and literary activities in order to arouse the attentionnand interest of preschooler. The subject of this study to prove the effect of the NLPncoaching fairy tale program has been composed of an experiment group and control groupnof 22 four-year old students in one class at D childcare facilities in Y-gu of Seoul, withn11 of the students categorized into the experiment group that executes a fairy tale programnthat applies NLP coaching, and the remaining 11 students in the control group. The datancollected in this study has been analyzed using frequency, percentage, deviation SPSS 12.0.nThe results of this study showed that the NLP coaching fairy tale program is effective innenhancing the anthropological problem-solving skills and the prospective taking ofnpreschooler.
