PTMSP/PDMS-PEI 복합막을 제조하고, 막의 특성을 FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, TGA, GPC, SEM을 사용하여 조사하였다. 제조된 PTMSP/PDMS copolymer의 수평균분자량((equation omitted))은 501,516이었고, 중량평균분자량((equation omitted))은 675,560이었다. 제조된 고분자 복합막에 의한 H2/N2 혼합기체분리는 25{℃에서 압력의 변화에 따라 조사하였다. PTMSP/PDMS-PEI 복합막들의 수소에 대한 분리인자(α, β, (equation omitted)) 값은 투과셀의 압력이 증가하면 증가하였다. PTMSP/PDMS-PEI 복합막의 수소에 대한 α, β, (equation omitted) 값은 ΔP 345.55 kPa와 25{℃에서 각각 21.50, 49.14, 1.84이었다.
PTMSP/PDMS-PEI composite membrane was prepared by solution casting method. To investigate the characteristics of this membrane, the analytical methods such as FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, TGA, GPC, and SEM have been utilized. The number-average((equation omitted)) and weight-average((equation omitted)) molecular weight of PTMSP/PDMS copolymer were 501,516 and 675,560 respectively. The separation of the gas mixture(H2/N2) through the composite membrane was studied as a function of pressure. The separation factor(α, β, (equation omitted)) of the composite membrane used in this work increased as the pressure of permeation cell increased. The real separation factor(α), head separation factor(β), and tail separation factor ((equation omitted)) of PTMSP/PDMS-PEI composite membrane were 21.50, 49.14 and 1.84 respectively at ΔP 345.55 kPa and 25{℃.
