Issues include self fire protection. disaster management, building code and fire code of the mismatch, such as fire protection facilities aspects are explained in terms of three kinds, and for it to take steps in the direction suggested an alternative for high rise buildings. Although differences of opinion between departments will not be easy to fire fighting and building codes regarding conflicts of codes above all require immediate resolution, and high rise buildings to create a standard for effective risk management manual countermeasures will also be ensured.
