국내 재래종 콩 유전자원의 품질에 대한 특성을 재평가하고 우수한 교배모본 탐색 및 선정하여 콩 신품종육성에 이용할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시한 본 시험의 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유전자원 1,291점이 47-102일 분포를 보였고, 평균 68일이며, 결실일수의 분포는 61-65일이 29.4%, 66-70일이 23.5% 순으로 많이 분포하였다. 생육일수별 콩의 분포는, 105-163일의 생육일수 분포로서, 평균 134일이었으며, III군의 분포비율이 가장 높았고, 만숙종인 VI군이 가장 낮았다. 2. 경장에서 최대 216 cm, 최소 18 cm로 평균 70.7이었고, 분지수는 최대 13.7개 최소 1.8개로 평균 4.9개이었고, 주경절수는 최대 28개 최소 6.1개로 평균 16.3개, 도복정도는 평균 4.8로 중정도이었다. 3. 100립중은 2.4 g에서 40.4 g 분포를 보였고, 평균 19.5 g이었다. 100립중 분포는 13.1-20.0 g에 분포하는 계통이 35.3%로 가장 많았고, 20.1-25.0 g에 분포하는 계통이 29.4% 순이었다. 4. 조단백 함량은 평균 41.8%이였고, 32.7-49.2% 분포, 조지방 함량은 11.8-22.2% 분포로 평균 18.0%, 불포화지방산 조성비율은 평균 85.4%, 94.2-81.8% 분포이며 포화지방산조성은 5.8-18.2%, 평균 14.6%이었다. 5. 당 함량중 슈크로스 함량이 가장 높았으며, 스타키오스 및 라피노스 순이었다. 슈크로스 함량은 1.2-7.9%, 평균 5.2%였다. 아이소플라본 함량은 평균 1066.8ug/g , 278.4-2736.9ug/g 범위이고, 다이드제인 함량은 평균 483.1ug/g , 범위 48.8-1709.6ug/g , 제이스테인 함량은 평균 472.0ug/g , 범위는 79.8-1242.3ug/g 였다.
This study was carried out to examine growth characteristics and seed qualities of 1,296 Korean soybean landraces. The range of days to flowering, and days to maturity was 38 to 83 days and 47 to 102 days, respectively. The range of growth days were 105 to 160 days, and 38% was belonged to maturity group III. The 100 seed weight was 19.5g, showing the range of 2.4 g to 40.4 g, and 19.5 g in mean. 35.3% was in the range from 13.1 g to 20.0 g, and 29.4% in the range from 20.1 g to 25.0 g. Mean contents of crude protein was 41.8%, showing the range from 32.7% to 49.2%. Mean contents of crude oil was 18.0%, showing the range from 11.8% to 22.2%. The composition of unsaturated fatty acids were from 81.8% to 94.2%, and 85.4% in mean. Sucrose contents were in the range from 1.24% to 7.91% with the mean 5.21%, and oligo-saccharide contents from 2.45% to 11.13% with the mean 8.01%. Total isoflavone contents were in the range from 278.4~;~mug/g to 2,736.9~;~mug/g with the mean 1,066.8~;~mug/g . Among isoflavone contents, daidzein, glycitein, and genistein contents were in the range from 48.8~;~mug/g to 1,709.6~;~mug/g with the mean 483.2~;~mug/g , from 0.98~;~mug/g to 892.3~;~mug/g with the mean 111.6~;~mug/g , and from 79.8~;~mug/g to 1242.3~;~mug/g with the mean 472.0~;~mug/g , respectively.
