百年來新發現的大宗唐代石刻文獻，極大地豐富和改變了唐代文史研究的面貌。而近年來陸續出版的唐文彙編類書籍，無疑爲這一研究提供了極爲便利的條件。吳鋼先生主編的《全唐文補遺》（以下簡稱《補遺》）自1994年開始，積十餘年之功方出齊十輯（包括2006年出版的《千唐志齋新藏專輯》）。該書彙編近年來新發現的唐代墓誌碑拓等資料，並作相應校點。所收資料均是《全唐文》等唐文彙集書籍所未載，可爲唐史研究提供寶貴的資料。然而由於卷帙浩繁，校者在整理校點過程中，難免失察疏忽，對讀者產生了一定程度上的誤導。本文依據唐代原石拓片，從句讀及字形兩方面，舉例《補遺》疏失，冀期望爲唐文訂補工作及唐代文史研究提供些許裨益。

The publication of Supplements of Entire Donovan(10 volumes) has great academic value offering extremely favorable conditions to the study of literature and history of tang dynasties. On the other hand, on account of the voluminous work, mistakes are unavoidable. This paper illustrates several mistakes of Supplements of Entire Donovan in sentences ,phrases and forms with hoping offer some help for collating and checking ancient documents and the studying of literature and history of Tang dynasties.
