본 연구는 2008년 장애인실태조사 자료 분석을 통해 장애인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보는데 있다. 먼저 장애인의 인구사회학적 특성을 살펴보고, 장애인의 개인 요인, 장애 요인, 사회 요인을 투입하면서 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하여 장애인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인의 개인 요인에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 변수는 없었다. 둘째, 장애인의 장애 요인 중에서 주된 장애유형, 장애등급, 만성질환 여부, 평소 일반적인 건강상태의 변수가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회 요인 중에서 교통수단 이용 시 어려움 정도가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 변수로 나타났다. 따라서 장애인의 복지 이념인 정상화와 사회통합을 위해서는 장애인이 거주하고 있는 지역사회에서의 사회복지서비스 확대뿐 아니라, 장애인의 장애 요인과 사회 요인이 반영되는 장애인 복지서비스의 발전이 요구된다.

The purpose of this paper is a fact-finding servey on disability in 2008 was to investigate the primary factors which influence disability who use social welfare services. First of all, the study shows understanding sociological of population in disability's characteristics and takes up logistic regression analysis that contains personal factors of disability, cause of disability, and social reason of disability. This research assists the factors which affect social welfare services on disability. The study's result is in substance as follows. First, statistically, There are not meaningful influences on variables which effect individual factors in disability. Second, among causes of disability, it is influenced by the variables that contain main types of disability, grade on disability, and chronic disease between yes or no, usual health condition. Third, it is statistically produced on the variable among social factors that include the level of difficulty in disability's transportation use. From these results, for normalization in welfare ideology of disability, social integration, the result of study claims extending social welfare services in their community. Besides, welfare services for the disability advances that have cause of disability, and social reason of disability.
