본 연구는 정신보건사회복지사들이 정신보건사회복지사 수련과정에서 겪는 어려움을 사이코드라마 경험을 통해 알아보고, 사이코드라마 참여를 통해 치료의 경험을 질적 사례연구로 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 2012년 10월 28일에 사이코드라마 워크숍에 참여한 정신보건사회복지사 수련생 16명과 드라마 주인공으로 참여한 2명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 총 2개의 상위범주와 7개의 하위범주로 나타났다. 수련생으로 힘들었던 경험의 하위 범주에는 업무과다, 경제적인 어려움, 수퍼바이저로부터의 모욕으로 나타났으며, 사이코드라마 과정의 치료 경험의 하위범주에는 역할 교대를 통한 상호이해, 가상 현실 구성, 현실 극복 경험으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 첫째, 기존의 정신보건사회복지사 수련제도에 있어서 수련기관에서 겪는 수련생 환경에 대한 수정 및 검토가 필요하다. 둘째, 수련생들을 위한 처우 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 정신보건사회복지사 1급 수퍼바이저의 자질 향상을 위한 인성교육과 질 관리가 필요하다.

This study was qualitative case study that aims to explored the difficulty experience a mental health social workers trainees in the training process by Psychodrama and to analysis the experience of treatment in participation Psychodrama. In order to conduct this study, 16 member in mental health social workers trainees course practice 2 sessions of Psychodrama. The results were a total of two top seven categories and sub-categories. First, the difficult experience as a trainees are as followed. 1) work overload 2) financial difficulties 3) an insult supervisor. Second, the experience of treatment in participation Psychodrama are as followed. 1) mutual understanding through role reversal 2) configuring the virtual reality 3) overcoming experience of the reality. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions could be made. First, it is necessary to review the existing mental health social worker training course. Second, it is necessary to improve mental health social worker trainees. Third, it is required the quality of character and quality management of mental health social worker supervisors.
