본 연구는 델파이 기법을 적용하여 국산재 공급 확대를 위한 정책을 제시하고 제시된 정책의 실현가능한 미래를 전망하였다. 연구방법은 국산재 관련 연구경험이 있는 연구자, 국산재 관련 행정부서 근무자 및 교육 분야 전문가 15명을 선정하여 2차에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 국산재 공급의 문제점과공급 확대를 위한 세부적인 정책을 도출하기 위하여 생산, 유통 및 소비부분으로 구분하여 설문하였으며, 도출된 정책은‘목재생산을 위한 인프라 구축’,‘수요예측에 따른 적정 조림정책’,‘권역별 목재 수집 단지 조성’및‘공공 건축물 등의 국산재 의무사용 등의 국산재 소비촉진 정책’등 이며, 제시된 정책의 실현 가능한 미래예측은 대부분의 정책이 2021년까지 실현 가능할 것으로 많은 전문가들이 예측하였다.

This study applied the Delphi technique to proposed policy and prospect the feasible future for increase the domestic timber supply. The 15 experts in this field were assigned and two rounds of the survey were conducted. To derive detail policies for increase domestic timber supply, Production, distribution and consumption part were divided in the Questionnaire and The problems and policies of each part were derived. The proposed policies are‘Infrastructure for timber production’,‘the appropriate afforestation policy according to demand forecasting’,‘Regional timber collection complex’,‘Promote domestic timber consumption policy’, etc. A number of involved expert expected to realize the feasible future of the proposed policy by 2021.
