수출 절화 국화의 전처리제 처리가 개화지연에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 수행하였다. 개화단계는 ‘백마’의 경우 GA4+7+BA 100mg/L 처리와 1-MCP 0.05g/㎥ 처리시, ‘백선’의 경우는 BA 25mg/L 처리시 대조구에 비해 개화가 지연되는 효과를 나타내었다. 꽃크기는 ‘백마’와 ‘백선’ 모두 1-MCP 0.05g/㎥ 처리 시 꽃크기 변화가 작게 나타났다. 화색변화는 ‘백마’의 경우 GA4+7+BA 100mg/L 처리와 1-MCP 0.05g/㎥ 처리 시, ‘백선’의 경우는 BA 25mg/L 처리시 대조구에 비해 꽃봉오리 화색변화가 지연되었다.
This study was carried out to investigate the effect of pre-treatments on the maintenance of freshness of cut chrysanthemum during export distribution. Spray treatments of 1-MCP 0.05 g/m3 and GA4+7+BA 100 mg/L delayed flowering of ‘Baekma’ compared with the control, and flowering of ‘Baegseon’ was also delayed by BA 25 mg/L treatment. The degree of flower opening in both cultivars was delayed by treatment of 1-MCP 0.05 g/m3 and GA4+7+BA 100 mg/L. Flower coloration of ‘Baekma’, was delayed by 1-MCP 0.05 g/m3 and GA4+7+BA 100 mg/L treatment, and ‘Baegseon’ by BA 25 mg/L treatment.
