본 연구는 현재의 우리나라 웨딩부케의 흐름을 정확히 파악하고자 기존의 전문잡지나 작품집에 등장한 웨딩부케가 아닌 서울의 6개구, 16개 웨딩홀과 경기도, 인천지역의 6개 도시, 20개 웨딩홀, 충청남도 천안, 아산지역의 5개 웨딩홀을 방문하여 조사하였다. 또한 실제 결혼식의 신부대기실과 예식장에서 신부가 들고 있는 부케를 대상으로 결혼식이 자주 열리지 않는 평일을 피해 토요일, 일요일에 주로 낮 12시 정오를 전후로 하여 현장조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 웨딩부케는 총 107개로 107개의 웨딩부케가 모두 원형(Round)형태인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 1960년대와 1970년대의 폭포형, 1990년대의 폭포형 57.2%, 원형 14.3%, 삼각형 19%, 자유형 9.5%로 폭포형이 주된 웨딩부케의 형태였던 것에 비해 많은 형태적 변화가 있었음이 나타났다. 웨딩부케에서 가장 빈도가 높았던 색상은 백색으로 100개(93.4%)부케에서 백색의 꽃이 사용되었다. 두 번째는 분홍색으로 56개(52.3%), 세 번째는 복숭아색으로 39개(36.4%), 다음으로는 녹색 27개(25.2%), 보라색 16개(14.9%), 파란색 13개(12.1%), 아이보리색 12개(11.2%), 노란색 6개(5.6%) 순으로 나타났다. 또한 색상의 조합에 있어서도 단순히 백색+핑크색만이 아닌 백색+복숭아색+분홍색과 같이 3가지색이 혼합된 부케가 가장 널리 이용되고 있었고 5가지 색이 혼합된 경우도 있을 정도로 다양한 색상의 꽃이 사용되고 있음을 확인하였다. 웨딩부케에서 가장 많이 사용되었던 꽃은 장미이고 다음으로 카네이션, 꽃도라지, 수국, 라넌큘러스 순으로 나타났고, 옥시페타룸, 부풀리움, 디디스커스와 같이 2000년대 중반이후 국내에 상품화된 꽃들이 등장하기도 하였다. 본 연구결과를 종합적으로 살펴보면 앞으로의 웨딩부케의 흐름은 형태의 단순화와 다양한 색상의 조합, 신품종의 꽃들이 지속적으로 등장할 것으로 예측된다.

In Korea, the webbing bouquet has become universal with the introduction of western cultures since liberation from Japanese occupation in 1945. It has endlessly changed according to the times, taste and lifestyle. Therefore, this study was intended to identify the Korean trend of the current wedding bouquet and obtain the basic material needed for the development of the development of the wedding bouquet. For this purpose, this study attempted to investigate the 107 wedding bouquets actually held by brides in the wedding ceremonies in 41 wedding hall in such areas as Seoul, Kyonggi, Incheon, and Chungnam. As a result, it was found that all of them were round in form and their making method was the holder type of bouquet-98(91.5%). 100(93.4%) of the wedding bouquets used in the wedding ceremonies were found to be white, and the flower of white rose in 69 bouquets was used most. And the monotonous color used in total 107 wedding bouquets accounted for 20(18.6%). The number used in two mixed wedding bouquets accounted for 28(26.1%) and the wedding bouquets used in three mixed colors accounted for 42(39.2%). The representative color scheme was white + pink. Like this, the analysis on domestic trends of wedding bouquets showed that the color kind, color scheme and flower kind used in wedding bouquets have become diverse in a positive way. And it showed that the wedding bouquets used in the wedding ceremonies have become uniform in a simple form. So domestic bouquet designers are confronted with the need to attempt and develop diverse forms of wedding bouquets.
