In addition, floral art design, as an element to stimulate a human emotion, is widely applied as a decoration in the center of an eating and drinking table with regard to consumers’ emotional expectations, today’s trends. Color which helps people recognize visually was considered as the most critical factor for the best design preferable to the public, and orange color was the best among the colors because it stimulate appetite. As the preferable image with regard to colors is considered as a romantic image, it represented that people prefer emotional atmosphere and image based on emotional consumption elements. Cut flower is the most popular among cut paper, cut leaves, cut flower, plants in flower-ports for plant materials in decorating eating and drinking tables, and among them, rose was the most frequently used followed by lisianthus, carnation, hydrangea , and gerbera. Hydrangea and peony are the most frequently used among imported plants, and imported plants corresponded to low frequency preference. Differences followed by various colors, high quality, luxurious and exotic images are the important factors why people prefer imported plants, and in addition, the differences between plant materials in Korea and plant materials imported were colors, followed by rareness, price differences, uniqueness, quality, fitness for creating atmosphere, purchasing difficulties, unique shape, flower shadow, various breeds. European style, Western style, Oriental style are classified in floral art design, and finally, blank beauty, the wonderful, rich designs which consider natural basic principle rather than gloomy space, and the style which expresses the feel of materials and colors differently are preferable in the style and hard, experimental, abstract styles different from curved and stable styles are not preferable. Grouping technique, which makes it easy to create formation and represents a powerful movement of colors, forms, and a feeling of materials visually, was preferable.
