본 연구는 경기도 시민정원사 수료생을 대상으로 가드닝교육 만족도를 분석하였다. 전체 교육만족도는 4.35점으로 중위수보다 높게 나타났고, 교육기관에 따라 교육장비 및 실습기자재의 수준, 교재수준의 적절성 등에 있어 유의한 차이가 있었다. 요인분석 결과 교수설계·강사와 교육여건 등 2개 요인으로 구분되었다. 교수설계·강사에 대한 만족도가 더 높았고 특히, 전체 교육만족도 향상에 교수설계·강사 요인이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교육과정 개선사항에 대한 의견으로 심화·연계교육, 봉사시간축소, 실습시간확대 순으로 개선이 필요하다고 응답하였다.

The Purpose of this study is to analysis educational satisfaction for gardening program. Respondents felt satisfied with a mean satisfaction 4.35 out of 5. Educational equipment levels and textbook levels showed significant differences in institutes. Results from factor analysis, educational satisfaction was classified into two factors; instructional design & instructor, education conditions. Also, Respondents more satisfied in instructional design & instructor and which was related to institutions. Especially instructional design & instructor influenced positively to overall educational satisfaction. Respondents answered intensive curriculum and increasing of gardening practice hours were necessary.
