측정실 조도 150 lux, 시표면 조도 400 lux 인 상태에서 시표투영기 ACP-7올 사용 하여 나안시력올 측정하였고， 0.1 시력에 미치지 못하는 사람은 거리이동법으로 시력 올 측정하였다. 그리고 해당하는 시표의 반수 이상올 바르게 용답했올 때의 시력율 나안시력으로 기록했다. 조절마비제률 사용하지 않은 상태에서 RK-3으로 타각적 굴 절이상올 측정하였으며 vision tester를 이용해서 타각적 굴절이상 측정결과에 +3.00 의 구변렌즈를 부가하여 20분 동안 조절해제시간올 부여한 후 0.25D씩 구면렌즈를 감소시켜 0.50시력에서 방사선시표를 이용해서 난시축과 도수를 검출했으며， 둥가교 차원주렌즈로 난시축과 도수를 세밀하게 조정했다. 완전교정도수는 적록테스트를 이 용하여 적색바탕의 혹륜과 녹색바탕의 혹륜의 선명도가 동일했올 때의 도수로 결정 했다. 상관분석올 실시한 결과， 완전 교정된 상태에서 나안시력과 구면도수와는 0.74(P< 0.001), 원주렌즈도수와는 0.34(P<0.05), 둥가구면도수와는 0.79(P < 0.001) 의 상관성올 보여 구면렌즈의 굴절력이 원주렌즈의 굴절력보다 나안시력에 더 많은 영향올 미침 을 알았다. 회귀분석을 한 결과 나안시력 = (0.01 x 원주렌즈 굴절력)+(O.13X 구연렌즈 굴절력) +0.72( 전체 설명력 0.59, P<0.15) 의 1 차 회귀식을 얻올 수 있었다.

Unaided visu머 acuity was measured with chart projector in an examination room where 150 lux room i1lumination and 400 lux illuminance on the test ch따t were maintained. Subjects with less then 0.1 unaided visu허 acuity had testing distances reduced. Unaided visu허 acuity for the corresponding line was recorded as such only when more than half of the letters on that line were read correctly by the patlent. Subjective refractive eπor was measured using refractometer without cycloplegia. After the cylindrical lens power was eliminated from this measured refractive error, fogging lens of +3.00 DS were added binocularly. Subjects were allowed 20 minutes period for the accommodation to fully relax. Spherical lenses were then decreased in 0.25 D steps. Upon reaching visual acuity of 0.5, astigmatic power and axis were found initially using Sunburst dial chart and then were refined with Jackson cross cylinder method. The end - point refractive eπor was decided on duochrome re<νgreen test as when the clarity of black letters on red background became equal to the clarity of black letters on green background. With increasing refractive eπor， un려ded visual acuity decreased. However its relationship to unaided V A were most significant in spherical equivalent power and then in spherical power. Its relationship significance was least in cylindrical power.
