양안 중 기능변에서 주도권올 갖는 이안(利眼)과 시기능과의 관계훌 연구하였다. 연구 방법은 성인 남녀 169명을 대상으로 문진표률 이용하여 이수와 이족이 어느 정 도 이안과 일치 하는지를 비교 하였고， 이안 검출방법의 한가지언 폭주근점 측정시의 비개산 되는 이안과 접안렌즈에 접안하는 이안이 서로 얼치하는지 비교하였다. 또한， -2.ooD 이상의 굴절이상올 가진 성인남녀 100명올 대상으로 과거 1 년 -6개월전의 처 방과 현재의 처방올 비교하여 이안과 시기능과의 관계를 알아보았다. Hole in the card test로 정해진 이안은 이수， 이족과 거의 일치(오른쪽)하였고， 폭주근점 측정 시 비이안이 개산되는 경우가 대부분이었으며， 접안렌즈에 대는 눈은 거의 이안이었다. 양안의 시력 변화를 비교했을 때 이안의 경우가 나안 시력이 낮았으며， 시력 저하 폭 과 난시도수도 이안이 높았다.
This study was performed to investigate the relationship between visual functions and dominant eye which had the superiority in the functional realm. The way of the study is associated with how much both of the dominant hand and leg were correspondent using the inquiries among 169 grown - ups and also referred to the association comparing the dominant eye which didn’t be diverged when measuring the near point of convergence and the one which was used with monocular instruments such as lensmeter. Additionally, this study compared a half or one year ago prescription and the recent one among 100 adults who had over - 2.00D refractive eπor and referred to the relationship between dominant eye and visual functions. The dominant eye determined by the hole in the card test was easily correspondent with the dominant hand and leg(right) and when measuring the n잃r point of convergence, mostly a non - domin뻐t eye was diverged. Likewise, most of the eyes used with a eyepiece were dominant. Considering the visual acuity changes of the two eyes, the dominant eye had the lower vision and showed the greater deterioration in acuity. Similarity, the dominant eye had the higher astigmatism.
