Orbscan pachymetry system 및 Ultrasonic pachymeter외 신뢰도툴 평가하고 각 기기로 측정한 값의 상관관계률 분석하기 위하여 20대 자원자 61 명(1 22 안)올 대상으 로 각막중심부 두께률 측정하였다. Orbscan pachY1l1etry system으로 3회 측정한 다 음 초음파 각막두께측정계로 5회 측정하였고, 최소 2시간의 간격올 두고 test 및 retset를 실시하였다. test와 retest의 차이로부터 각 기기의 신뢰도롤 구하고 두 기기 사이의 상관관계를 분석하였다. Orbscan pachymetry syst앉1과 초읍파 각막두께측정 계의 신뢰도는 비슷하였으며, Orbscan pachymetry system 및 초옴파 각막두께측정 계로 측정한 각막중심부의 평균 두께는 559.2:t 28.6 tm와 541.2:t 32.0 tm로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t = 18.75, p<0.05). 초음파 각막두께측정계와 Orbscan pachymetry system은 매우 높은 상관관계 (r = 0.946, p<0.OOO1) 가 있었으며, Orbscan pachymetry system으로 측정한 값올 초옴파 각막두께 측정값과 직접 비교활 수 있는 환산계수를 구하였다.
This study compared central comeal thickness measurements obtained with the Orbscan pachymetry system and BVI pocket ultrasonic pachymeter in 122 normal eyes, and assessed the repeatability and comparability of the two instruments. Two independent measurements were taken with a test - retest separation of at least 2 hrs in 62 eyes. Repeatability was assessed by the t - test between test and retest for two instruments. respectively. Repeatability of Orbscan pachymetry system was sirnilar to that of ultrasonic pachymeter. The mean central comeal thickness was 559.2:t 28.6 μn with Orbscan pachymetry system and 541.2:t 32.0 μ m with ultra -sonic pachymetry, and these values were significantly different(ttest ; t = 18.75, p<0.05). Analysis of regression showed a very high correlation(r = 0.946, p<O.OOOl) between the values with ultrasonic pachymetry and Orbscan pachymetrγ system. Linear regression equation was developed from the results obtained with ultrasonic pachymetry and Orbscan pachymetry system in not used acoustic factor. This equation may be used as a transformation fa야or for the values obtained with the ultrasonic pachymetry and the Orbscan pachymetry system.
