조절 부족 환자와 조절 용이성 부족 환자에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 실제 엄상 결 과를 비교하고， 각각의 치료 방법과 그에 따른 효과를 확인하였다. 본 임상 연구는 진단을 내리기 위한， 각각의 특성 및 임상 결과 평가에 초점을 두었으며， 두 사례간 꾀 다른 접근 처방 방식과 그에 따라 환자의 기능 시스템에 미치는 긍정적 효과에 대해 고찰해 보았다.

An accommodative insufficiency patient and an accommodative infacility patient’s clinical findings were compared and their treatment options and subsequent effects on the patients were examined and presented in this clinical case study. This clinical study focused on the evaluation of each clinical finding to reach a diagnosis and the different treatment approach between the two cases and their appropriate positive effects on each patient’s functional system.
