본 연구는 전북 정옵지역 20 대 청년 비정시 186 명 372안올 대상으로 타각적， 자각 적 굴절 검사를 시행하여 비정시의 정도 및 굴절이상 상태률 연구하였다. 1. 눈의 형태는 근시는 90.3%, 원시는 0.6% 그리고 정시는 9.1%로 나타났다. 2. 굴절이상안은 단순근시 39.5%, 근시성단난시 9%, 근시성복난시 46.9%, 단순원시 0.6%, 원시성단난시 0.6%, 원시성복난시 0.1%, 혼합난시 2.3% 이었다. 3. 난시의 축은 직난시 68%, 도난시 15%, 사난시 17% 이었다. 4. 난시의 굴절력은 O.50Dptr에서 1.00 Dptr가 72.8%, 1.00 Dptr에서 2.00 Dptr가 18.6%, 2.00 Dptr 이상이 8.3% 이었다. 5. 근시성 굴절이상안의 둥가구면굴절력은 -0.50 Dptr에서 -2.00 1얘tr 이하 50.7%, -2.ooDptr에서 -6.00 Dptr 이하 48.6%, -6.00 Dptr 이상이 1% 이였다. 6. 원시성 굴절이상안의 둥가구면굴절력은 2.00 Dptr 이하 66.7%, 2.00 Dptr 이상이 33.3% 이었다.
To investigate the ametropia and refractive eπor of 372 ametropic eyes of the 186 young people in their twenties in Jeong Up city, Jeonbuk province, the visu외 acuity test was performed by the object and subject methods. The results were as follows. 1. The eye types were 90.3% positive for myopia, 9.1% for ametropia and 0.6% hyperopia, respectively. 2. The abnormal refraction eyes were 39.5% positive for simple myopia, 9% for simple myopic astigmatism, 46.9% for compound myopic astigmatism, and 0.6% for simple hyperopia, 0.6% for simple hyperopic astigmatism, 0.1% for compound hyperopic astigmatism, 2.3% for mixed astigmatism respectively. 3. The axes of astigmatism were 68% for with-the-rule astigmatism, 15% for against-the-rule astigmatism, 17% for oblique astigmatism, respectively. 4. As for the astigmatic power, the 0.50 < cylinder < 1.00 Dptr was 72.8%, the 1.00 < cylinder < 2.00 Dptr was 18.6%, and anything over the 2.00 cylinder Dptr was 6%. 5. As for the equivalent spheric power of myopic abnormal refraction eyes, the -0.50 < spheric equivalent < -2.00 Dptr was 50.7%, the -2.00 < spheric equivalent < -6.00 Dptr was 48.6% and anything over the -6.00 Dptr was 1%. 6. The equivalent spheric power of hyperopic abnormal refraction eyes was 66.7% anything under 2.00 Dptr and 33.3% for anything over the 2.00 Dptr.
