본 연구는 전북 정읍지 역 중학생 굴절이상안 196 명 392 안을 대상으로 타각적, 자각 적 시력 검사를 시행하여 비정시의 정도 및 굴절이상 상태를 연구하였다. 1. 눈의 형태는 근시는 91.2%, 원시는 0.9% 그리고 정시는 7.9%로 나타났다. 2. 굴절 이 상안은 단순끈시 33.3%, 근시 성 단난시 7.6%, 근시 성 복난시 56.2%, 단순 원시 0.01%, 원시성 단난시 0.01%, 원시성 복난시 0.01%, 흔합난시 0% 이었다. 3. 난시의 축은 직난시 66.2%, 도난시 20%, 사난시 13.9% 이었다. 4. 난시의 굴절력은 0.50D에서 1.0D 가 73%, 1. 0D에서 2.0D 가 25%, 2.0D 이상이 2% 이었다. 5. 근시성 굴절이상안의 등가구면꿀절력은 0.50D 에서 2.0D 이하 43.3%, ~2.0 D 에서 6.00D 이하 55.8%, ~6.00 이상이 1% 이였다. 6. 원시성 굴절이상안의 등가구변굴절력은 2.00D 이하 50%, 2.00D 이상이 50% 이 었다.
To investigate the ametropia and refractive error of 392 ametropic eyes of the 196 middle school students in Jeong Up City, Jeonbuk provicne, the visual acuity test was performed by the object and subject method. The results were as follows. 1. The eye types were 91.2% positive for myopia, 7.9% for emmetropia and 0.9% hyperopia, respectively. 2. The abnormal refraction eyes were 33.3% positive for simple myopia, 7.6% for myopia simple astigmatism, 56.2% for myopia compound astigmatism, and 0.01% for simple hyperopia, 0.01% for hyperopia simple astigmatism, 0.1% for hyperopia compound astigmatism, 0% for mixed astigmatism respectively 3. The axes of astigmatism were 66.2% for astigmatism with-the-rule, 20% for astigmatism against-the-rule, 13.9% for astigmatism oblique, respectively. 4. As for the astigmatic power, the 0.50 < cylinder < 1.00 D was 73%, the 1.00 < cylinder < 2.00 D was 25%, and anything over the 2.00 cylinder D was 2% 5. As for the equivalent spheric power of myopic abnormal refraction eyes, the -0.50 < spheric equivalent < • 2.00 diopter was 43.3%, the -2.00 < spheric equivalent < -6.00 D was 55.8% and anything over the -6.00 D was 1%. 6. The equivalent spheric power of hyperopic abnormal refraction eyes was 50% anything under 2.00 diopter and 50% for anything over the 2.00 diopter.
