Purpose: We meant to study about what a relation between the light intensity and the blinking velocity has, and how different the recovery time of acuity according to the light intensity is. Method: We divided the light power into 5 levels. And by levels, we estimated the blinking velocity and visual acuity recovery time of the parents who were exposed to the light for 16 seconds. Result: The average of blinking velocity related to light intensities was distributed from 31.97±10.91 mm/s to 33.38±11.20 mm/s. There weren`t any significant relations between the light intensity and the blinking velocity(r=0.006), and the velocities of wearing contact lens and not wearing it had no difference(p=0.351).
