목적: 라식수술과 M라섹의 수술방법에 의한 굴절상태의 변화를 비교분석하고자 한다. 방법: 2007년 10월부터 2008년 5월까지 라식수술을 받은 18명(36안)과 M라섹 수술을 받은 18명(36안)에 대해 1개월, 3개월 및 6개월 후에 굴절이상도를 측정하였다. 결과: 라식수술군과 M라섹수술군 사이에 등가구면 굴절이상도는 1개월, 3개월 및 6개월 후 모두 유의한 차이가 없었다. 라식수술군과 M라섹수술군 모두 1개월, 3개월 및 6개월 후에 난시도는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 라식수술군과 M라섹수술군 사이에서 난시도는 1개월 후 M라섹수술군이 라식수술군보다 유의하게 높았으나(p=0.01), 3개월 후와 6개월 후의 난시도는 두 군 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론: 라식수술군과 M라섹수술군의 등가구면굴절이상도는 수술 후 6개월까지 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 난시도는 1개월 후에만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 두 수술방법에 의한 굴절이상의 교정효과는 비슷한 것으로 생각된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to survey on changes of spherical equivalent and astigmatism by LASIK and M-LASEK. Methods: 36 patients(72 eyes) who were operated LASIK and M-LASEK from October 2007 to May 2008 enrolled in this study. I surveyed changes of spherical equivalent and astigmatism for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after operation. Results: There were no statistic different changes of spherical equivalent between LASIK and M-LASEK after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months of operation. And, there were no statistic different changes of astigmatism in LASIK and M-LASEK after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months of operation. However, between LASIK and M-LASEK, there was significant difference in M-LASEK(p=0.01) after 1 month, while there were no significant differences after 3 months and 6 months.
