목 적: 20.30대 청장년층을 대상으로 전난시, 각막난시, 잔여난시의 빈도 및 난시도를 측정하고 전난시와 각막난시, 각막난시와 잔여난시의 상관성을 분석하였다 방 법 : 안질환 및 전신질환이 없으며 사시와 약시가 없는 마산지역 대학생(남자 43명, 여 36명) 154안을 대상으로 전난시, 각막난시, 잔여난시도를 측정하여 분석하였다.ARK(KR-8100P, TOPCON, Japan)를 이용하여 전난시 및 각막난시를 측정하고 그에 따른 잔여난시를 얻어 각각의 빈도 및 난시도의 변화를 분석하였다. 단, 3회 측정 후 평균을 이용하였다. 결 과 : 전체난시(202안)는 직난시에서 (124안, 61.4%)로 가장 높은 빈도를 보였다. 사난시를 제외한(154안) 각막난시는 직난시에서 (147안, 95.5%), 잔여난시는 도난시에서 (119안, 77.2%)로 가장 높은 빈도를 보였다. 구면굴절이상값에 따른 난시도 분석 결과 구면굴절이상도에 따라 난시도는 비례적으로 증가하였다. 전체난시와 잔여난시는 뚜렷한 양적상관관계(r=0.53, p
Purpose: This study measured the frequency and amount of the astigmatism of total astigmatism, corneal astigmatism, residual astigmatism with 20 and 30 analyzed total astigmatism and corneal astigmatism, corneal astigmatism and residual astigmatism. Methods: We selected 154 eyes(43 males, 36 females) except Oblique astigmatism who don`t have any eye diseases, systemic diseases, strabismus and astigmatism and analyzed total astigmatism, corneal astigmatism and residual astigmatism. Measured total astigmatism, corneal astigmatism using ARK(KR-8100P, TOPCON, Japan) and obtained the result of residual astigmatism. Results: In total astigmatism(202eyes), with- the- rule astigmatism was the highest(124 eyes, 61.4%) frequency. In corneal astigmatism except oblique astigmatism, with- the- rule astigmatism was the highest(147eyes, 95.5%) frequency and in residual astigmatism, against- the-rule astigmatism was the highest(119eyes, 77.2%) frequency. As the result of amount of the astigmatism with spherical refractive error proportionally increased.
