오늘날 현대의학은 첨단과학과 함께 눈부신 발전을 이루고 있다. 그러나 아직도 암과 고혈압, 당뇨, 뇌졸중, 치매는 물론 백신이 없는 전염병과 정신질환 등에 한계를 보이고 있다. 대체의학과 보완통합의학, 에너지의학 등으로 새로운 돌파구를 찾고 있지만, 국가의료보험 재정적자는 계속 늘어가고 있고, 고령사회와 노인복지와 함께 웰빙을 추구하는 미래 복지사회 구현에 큰 어려움이 예상되고 있다. 이에 따라 자연의학과 자연치유, 예방의학의 필요성이 강조되고 있으며, 웰빙에 더하여 잘 태어나고, 잘 늙고, 잘 죽는 영역까지 확장한 4 Well의 삶을 지향하는 패러다임이 전 세계적으로 전파되고 있다.
그러나 4 Well의 삶을 구현하기 위한 방법론에 대해서는 다시 달을 가리키는 손가락일 뿐 달에 가는 구체적인 방법이 없을 뿐만 아니라, 자세히 검토해 보면 본인의 의지와 노력으로 변화시킬 수 있는 요소가 극히 적다는 것이 발견된다. 이는 생로병사에 대한 수천 년에 걸친 인류의 화두가 모두 포함되어 있기 때문이다. 이에 따라 본 연구팀은 4 Well을 가능하게 하는 전제조건을 4 Well의 조건으로 정의하고, 이를 충족시킬 수 있는 방법론으로서 영계해방의 효과를 대비시켜서 상관성을 추출하고 분석하였으며, 그 결과 4 Well의 전제조건을 충족하는 영계해방의 5가지 실증적 효과를 확인하였다.
Today, Modern medicine has achieved remarkable progress with advanced science. However, cancer, hypertension, diabetes, stroke, dementia, as well as non-vaccine epidemics and mental illness are still limited. While seeking new breakthroughs in alternative medicine, complementary medicine, and energy medicine, but the national medical insurance deficits are continuing to increase, and it is anticipated that there will be great difficulties in implementing a future welfare society that pursues well-being along with aging society and the elderly welfare. Therefore, the necessity of natural medicine, natural therapy, and preventive medicine is emphasized, and the paradigm for the life of 4 well which is well-born, well-being, well-aging and well-dying is spreading all over the world.
However, the methodology for realizing the life of 4Well is again a finger pointing to the moon, because there is no specific way to go to the moon. In addition, it is found that there are very few factors that can be changed by our will and effort. This is because it contains all the life history for thousands of years. Therefore, we define the precondition that enables 4 well to be a condition of 4 well. and extract correlation analysis by comparing the effect of 4 well as a method to satisfy 4 well condition. As a result, we confirmed five empirical effects of the spiritual liberation that satisfy the precondition of 4 well.
