본 연구는 현대교회의 전도 패러다임 중에 소그룹 중심의 전도 전략과 방법을 주로 다루고 있다. 믿지 않는 사람들과 연결 할 수 있는 다리 역할을 하는 것이 전도소그룹이다. 본 연구에서는 소그룹 중심의 전도에 대한 기본적인 개념과 이해를 제시하였고, 또한 초대교 회에서 소그룹의 중요한 원리를 발견하였다. 또한 소그룹 중심의 전도 형성과정이 무엇인지를 밝히었고, 구체적인 실천 방안으로 전도소그룹 의 내용을 소개하였으며, 미국의 뉴호프커뮤니티교회(New Hope Community Church) 대전 제자들교회의 전도소그룹을 소개하고 분석함으로써 효과적인 전도소그룹의 전도방법과 전략에 대하여 설명 하였다. 전도소그룹에서는 훈련된 평신도 지도자와 구성원들이 함께 소그룹 안에서 구도자를 위해 어떻게 초대하고 전도해야 할지 논의하 고, 기도하며 예배하는 모임이 되어야 한다. 한국교회는 현재 전도소그 룹으로 전도패러다임의 전환이 요청되고 있다. 교회 전도사역의 우선순 위를 전도 소그룹에 두고, 평신도들을 훈련하여 전도를 생활화 할 때, 한국교회는 건강한 사도적 교회로 성장해 나갈 것이다.

This study explores the evangelism strategy and method in evangelism paradigm of contemporary church. The small group of evangelism focuses on the role as a bridge for the unbelievers. The article explains the basic concept and understanding of small group-centered evangelism. It also mentions that the early church explained the principle and method of small group. This paper also accounts for formation and process of small group evangelism-and explains practical method of small group evangelism in some contemporary churches. For instance, the researcher introduces the cases of small group evangelism at New Hope Community Church in the United States, and the Disciple Church in Daejeon, Korea. The Korean churches should require paradigm shift from traditional evangelistic methods to small group evangelism.
