본 연구는 학생 체험형 글로벌 교육기관인 대구글로벌스테이션에 파견근무를 한 교사 들의 경험에 대한 질적 연구로서, 위와 유사한 기관에서의 파견근무에 관심이 있는 교사 들에게 정보를 제공하고, 대구글로벌스테이션이 교육과정 실행자에게 시사하는 바를 고 찰해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구사의 파견근무 기관이 갖고 있는 특성을 소개하고, 선행연구를 조사하였으며, 파견근무 교사 5명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하고, 연구자 의 관찰 결과를 일지를 중심으로 구성하였다. 연구결과 파견근무에 관심이 있는 교사들 에게 유용한 내용으로 파견근무의 동기, 파견근무의 장점 및 단점을 제시하였고, 파견 교사들이 교육과정 실행자로서 갖는 장점 및 단점을 소개하였다. 현재 대구글로벌스테 이션 파견근무를 하고 있는 초등 교사들은 업무에 대한 열의와 영어 수업에 대한 능력 을 인정받아 선발된 인원들이므로, 긍정적인 시너지 효과를 내는 경우가 많고, 부정적인 측면이 있더라도 극복하고자 노력하는 태도를 지니고 있었다. 또한, 파견근무 종료 후 다시 현장에 돌아가 학생들의 영어 교육에 이바지하겠다는 마음을 기저에 가지고 있기 때문에 파견근무 경험이 교수학습경력에서 단절된 부분을 차지하는 것이 아니라, 교육 과정 전문가로서의 역량을 신장시키고, 영어 수업력의 향상에 기여하는 부분이 있다는 결론을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was giving information to the teachers who have interests about working as a dispatched teacher and considering what the Global Station is implied to the English education curriculum in Daegu. For these study, I introduced features of Daegu Global Station, surveyed previous thesis, interviewed 5 dispatched teachers and added the result of observation based on the journals that I wrote. The findings from this study are as follows: First, the dispatched teachers were picked ones because of their high enthusiasm for business and ability of teaching English, so they made some positive synergy effect and even though they meet some barriers, they had an attitude to overcome the negative aspects. Second, the dispatched teachers have mind to contribute to English education after their coming back to school, the experience of dispatched work didn’t mean the discontinuance of teaching career but increasing the competency as a curriculum expert and the teaching skills.
