이혼한 부모를 가진 소년수용자들 가운데 정서장애를 겪고 있는 소년수용자들의 유무와 그 정서장애의 정도를 천안소년교도소의 소년수용자를 대상으로 연구해 보았다. 소년수용자 부모의 이혼이 자녀의 수용생활에 미치는 영향에서 이혼한 부부의 소년수용자녀들의 무규범성에 관한 문제는 연구에서 부모가 이혼한 수용자와 이혼하지 않은 수용자 사이에 그 반응이 다르게 나타난다는 것이 조사되었다. 설문조사결과 천안소년교도소 수용자들 중 이혼을 하지 않은 부모를 가진 수용자보다 그렇지 않은 수용자의 정서불안이 크다고 조사되었다. 그러나 불행히도 수용자의 부모가 이혼을 한 상태인데도 이들에 대한 교정 복지적인 서비스가 전혀 없어 안타까운 심정이 아닐 수가 없다. 가정은 사회의 가장 기초적인 안전망이며 부모에게도 부모교육과 교양교육으로 올바른 부모역할과 수용된 수용자에게도 올바른 교양교육을 시켜야 하는 것이 소년수용자의 원만한 수용생활과 삶의 질을 향상시키고 국가와 사회의 안전망을 확보하는 것이라고 생각하는 의미에서 부모의 이혼이 자녀의 수용생활에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하게 되었다.

Sudden increase of divorce rate was caused by Korea’s economical and social developments that gave women opportunity to advance to society but it also caused parallel increase of rate of divorce and it is serious social problem. After lodging the children’s offence behavior caused by parent’s divorce, researched on the actual condition of Korea’s divorce, people who divorced in between year1970 and 1990 were increased 4.3 timeseach year but it slowed down after year 2000. Also, study of precedence shows prisoners has different reactions on offence behavior in between prisoners whoseparents were not divorced and prisoners whose parents were divorced. Researched on youth prisoners at chun-An youth prison whose parents were divorced and suffering emotional impediment. As a result of survey, youth prisoners were having emotional impediment. Therefore fights or divorce of parents cause bad influences to children. However, unfortunately, there are not any emendation welfare systems are available even though prisoners’ parents were divorced. This essay were written based on surveys and depth interviews of youth prisoners in chun-An youth prison with the basic idea of believing that parents’divorce cause bad influences to their children and a family is the most basic safetynet in the society, also it is a duty of a prison guard to educate prisoners’parents the parental education and liberal education so as provide right liberal education to prisoners and at the same time it increases quality of our society and secures the safety net of the country and the society
