In recent years, the role of National Technical Qualification is increasing to expect for a real support Human Resources Development and ability development. In particular, we don’t showed about Improve of National Technical Qualification. So, National Technical Qualification carry out shortly a guide role and people improve one’s selp-improvement and job capacity For this purpose, this study focuses on National Technical Qualification Technical term and Framework, and suggests ways for them to have better suggestion.
