Due to increasing possession of the car, so car trade is brisk. In the type of trade, new car buying is more than used car. In the used car trade, customer's lose has increasing cause by illegal or opaque trade. It is necessary that considering a counterplan for this problem. In this study, we develop used car trade standard, so customer's lose has decreasing and deducing legal trade of used car.
