인재는 고등학교 인재 대열의 건설과 발전에서 있어서 핵심 요소이며 일류 대학과 일류 학과를 설립하는 데 있어서 새로운 시대적 요구인 동시에 인재의 질은 고등 학교 학과의 발전 수준을 결정한다. 과학 기술 연구의 심화에 따라, 학제적 연구는 과학의 빠른 발전을 추진한다. 본 문은 디지털 미디어 학원에서 구축한 디지털 미디어 기술과 디지털 미디어 아트라는 두가지 신흥 학제적 분야적 분야를 예로 신흥 학제적 분야적 분야에 창의인재 유치와 양성 방면에서 존재하는 문제점을 분석하고 인재 유치 및 양성 대책을 적극 모색하며 나라의 인재 양성 특히는 문화 창의성 산업의 인재 양성 프로젝트를 위해 유익한 계시와 도움을 제공한다.

Talents are the core elements in talent building and development at colleges and universities, as well as the new era requirements for establishing world-class universities and world-class disciplines. Moreover, the quality of talents determines the level of discipline development. With the deepening of science and technology research, interdiscipline promotes the rapid development of science. Taking digital media technology and digital media art, two emerging interdisciplines belonging to School of Digital Media, Jiangnan University, as examples, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the introduction and cultivation of cultural industry talents in interdisciplines, and explores the countermeasures actively so as to provide beneficial enlightenment for the country in talent introduction and cultivation, especially in cultural industry talent cultivation of newly emerging interdisciplines.
