2013년 중국(상해)자유무역시범구의 출범에 따라 중국 최초의 네거티브 리스트가 공표되었다. 네거티브 리스트 패러다임은 자유무역시범구에서의 시범적 운영을 거쳐 전국으로 확산되는 과정을 거쳤다. 외자 진입 네거티브 리스트 패러다임의 도입은 내국민대우원칙을 운영단계로부터 진입단계로 확장시켜 투자자유화 수준을 제고시키고 중국에서 외자관리체제의 근본적인 혁신이라 볼 수 있다.
본 연구에서는 기존문헌을 바탕으로 중국 자유무역시범구에서 실시된 네거티브 리스트 패러다임의 도입한 배경, 추진과정, 주요내용과 특징 등을 살펴보고 의미와 문제점을 분석하여 이의 개선방안과 한국에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.
China’s aviation cargo transportation has developed rapidly in recent years, airport logistics is the outcome of modern logistics and high-efficiency of traditional aviation cargo transportation. Because of the speed, convenience and safety of airport logistics, people increasingly tend to use airports to carry out activities in all aspects of logistics, the demand for airport logistics has exploded, and airport logistics has become an important factor to be considered in airport planning and later development now. The development of airport logistics has created the airport economy, the rise of the airport economy has become a new growth pole of the regional economy. At present, the construction of high-speed rails has caused bottlenecks in the development of aviation cargo transportation, and the advantages of airport logistics have been greatly weakened, therefore, airport logistics must find a solution out. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the relevant literature, this article closely links airport logistics with related local industries, and seeks a new way for the coordinated development of airport logistics and regional economy.
This article takes the Pudong New Area and Pudong Airport as examples to explore the driving factors for mutual boosting development between airport logistics and regional economy. Based on this, select Granger causality test to prove the causality between Pudong airport logistics and Pudong economy, and use the gray relational theory to calculate the gray relational degree of Pudong airport logistics and Pudong economy. According to the results of empirical analysis, summarized propose corresponding recommendations and provide effective suggestions for the Pudong government and related enterprises to promote coordinated development of airport logistics and regional economy.
As China has gradually enhanced the levels of economic development and national income or consumption in recent years, to increase the consumption of baby products, markets for high-quality baby products are spotlighted so that the baby product market in China has been growing rapidly and the prospect is bright as well. The government changed the one-child policy into the two-child policy to increase the birth rate from 2015. This policy change can result in the enlargement of the baby goods market.
In this regard, this study suggests the following strategies for promoting infant products to China and concrete ways of entering the market. The strategies to enter the Chinese markets are as follows. First, in order to successfully enter China, it is important to understand the situation and characteristics of the Chinese market with Chinese market research and accurate understanding about the recent economic environment in China. Second, enabling online and offline integration and SNS on brand advertisement are necessary. Third, reinforcement of the Wang Hong marketing. Fourth, reinforcement of customer service. Fifth, products promotion through TV advertisement. Sixth, usage of the relationship properly. Seventh, securing the overseas certification system.
This study may provide the good implications not only to Korean baby product companies which want to enter the Chinese market but also to the peoples who want to establish the entry strategy into China.

The public and the corporate itself are increasingly paying attention to the ethical problems because of the notorious conducts in corporate management, such as bribery, financial report fraud, dishonesty and trade secrets theft. The non ethical behavior doing harm to social conducts and hurting the relations between the corporate and the stakeholders has direct influences on the corporate image and long-term corporate profitability. Thus under the pressure of the public and self-sustaining development, the corporate ethic is brought into sharp focus. The corporate ethical capability refers to the overall ethical level shown by the corporate in the activities of management and marketing. The capability covers not only all the resources and mechanism but also the unique behavior both in the internal environment and external environment. In a sense, the corporate ethical capability is the highest level of the core competence. Therefore, to make rational criteria for the corporate ethical evaluation system and to build fair evaluation system are put forward as an important part. This article will probe into rational alternatives for the corporate ethical evaluation system under Chinese current situation in the perspective of the internal and external environment.
This study on various kinds of footwear in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China (1840-1949) is based on the collections in the Folk Costume Museum of Jiangnan University. The utility functions of the various kinds of footwear are introduced in depth according to their different formation features and ergonomics. The basic utility function of the traditional footwear is to meet the basic needs of the body (mainly the foot) and people’s daily life with the special design of material, shape-making, craft skill and relevant foot accessories in the process of making and using of footwear under certain material conditions, such as abrasion resistance, anti-skidding, waterproofing, and warmth retention, etc. In addition, the traditional Chinese footwear has some comfortable and hygienic functions, such as hygroscopicity, breathability, antibacterial property, deodorization and foot massage and so on, which has much reasonableness and practical value for wearing. Therefore, the utility function of traditional footwear in Modern China is not an empty, isolated or intentional addition, but constantly discovered, summed up and amended in people's long-term living and working.
In the new era of rapid development of e-commerce and increasingly convenient mobile payment, the online and offline business model is increasingly becoming an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of retail enterprises, affecting the management and investment decisions of retail enterprises. Whether online and offline integration has a synergistic effect on physical retail enterprises remains to be seen. This paper analyzes and evaluates the performance of online and offline integration of Rainbow Shares by using the catastrophe progression method combined with the entropy method. The combination of these two methods provides new ideas for research in retail development.
현대화와 글로벌화는 사회 전형과 문화 변동을 초래하고 이로 인해 무형 문화재는 전승의 위기를 직면하게 되였다. 중국의 오천년 문명 세례 후 보존된 진귀한 유산으로서 단순히 문화 시스템 자체의 힘으로는 더 이상 진행이 어려워 외부 환경에서 새로운 보완 조치를 모색해야 한다. 애니메이션은 문화 전파의 중요한 운반체의 하나로서 개방성, 민간성, 다양성, 포용성의 특점과 강대한 문화 홍보 능력을 가지고 있어 무형 문화재를 보호하는 현대화 방법과 수단으로 문화 전승의 의무와 책임을 질수 있다.
본 문은 중국의 무형 문화재의 발전을 연구 배경으로 하고 동서방 애니메이션 예술의 차이를 분석 대조하여 중국 애니메이션 예술의 표현 특징 및 외연 발전을 정리하고 중국 애니메이션이 전통 문화와 결합하고 공통 발전하는데 더 적합하다는 관점을 표명하였다. 애니메이션 예술과 중국 전통 문화의 융합 각도에서 상세하게 논술하여 양자의 융합은 대중들에게 문화재 지식을 최대한 직관적이고 생동하게 전파할수 있다는것을 알게 되고 동시에 전통 문화의 정수를 섭취하여 중국 애니메이션 산업의 글로벌 영향을 확대할수 있고 중식 심미를 갖춘 애니메이션 특징을 보완할수 있다. 본 문은 우시 박물원 “자옥금사” 전시관의 실천 연구를 기초로 하여 자사호를 알고 인지하는 응용 스포트웨어 “자옥금사”를 개발 시도하고 360 전경 전시 기술로 서로 다른 형태의 자사호를 전모 전시하며 선묘 애니메이션의 표현 수법으로 자사호의 유지보수 및 선출 절차를 해석하여 중국 무형 문화재의 애니메이션화 변환 및 표현은 가능하다는 것을 논증하였고 이는 중국 전통 문화의 새로운 발전, 새로운 번영에 중요한 조치이다.
Shandong Province, as a big province of cultural resources, has abundant cultural resources and the rapid development of cultural industries. At the same time, the contradiction between the protection and development of cultural resources is increasingly prominent, threatening the sustainable use of cultural resources. Based on this, the article systematically analyzes the classification, characteristics, and utilization status of cultural resources in Shandong Province from the perspective of sustainable development. According to the clustering characteristics of regional characteristic cultural resources in Shandong Province, it proposes the construction of five major cultural industrial clusters and the realization of culture. The concept of the development of sustainable use of resources provides a new way to promote the effective protection and rational development of cultural resources in Shandong Province and promote the transformation and upgrading of cultural industries.

The rising of E-business and network trade has promoted the transform and new development of international trade. Due to this, this paper attempts to investigate the impact of E-business on international trade between China and South Korea. On the grounds of rapid development of E-business, the E-business is regarded as a determinant that can impact the international trade between China and South Korea. Meanwhile, the quarterly data form the first quarter of 2000 to the fourth quarter of 2017 are employed to conduct an empirical analysis under the vector auto-regressive model. The international trade between China and South Korea is treated as an independent variable. The E-business, the foreign direct investment and the real exchange rate are treated as dependent variables. Furthermore, a menu of statistic approaches such as the Granger causality test and the vector auto-regressive estimates will be used to testify the impact of E-business on international trade between China and South Korea. Via the Granger causality test, the results report that the E-business is major reason that can drive the development of international trade between China and South Korea. Through the vector auto-regressive estimates, the results also report that the E-business has a positive effect on international trade between China and South Korea. Furthermore, this paper provides a view that the E-business is a kind of a determinant that can promote the international trade between China and South Korea. Therefore, the China’s government should pay much attention to the infrastructure of E-business so as to enlarge the trade volume between China and South Korea.
본 소고에서는 마케팅전략에서 중요하게 활용되고 있는 포지셔닝 기법에 대한 이론적 근거와 적용 방법을 종합적으로 검토하였다. 포지셔닝의 개념과 기능, 특성, 종류를 살펴보고 포지셔닝의 절차를 알아보았다. 또한 실제 포지셔닝의 결과로 나타나는 포지셔닝 맵을 작성하기 위한 통계적 기법들을 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 특히 요인분석과 MDS에 의한 포지셔닝 맵의 작성법을 구체적으로 정리하였다.
포지셔닝 맵을 통한 마케팅 전략의 수립은 매우 큰 유용성을 주기 때문에 보다 합리적인 기법을 사용하는 마케터의 역할이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 여러 가지 통계적 기법 중에서 요인분석이 가장 합리적인 기법이긴 하지만 다차원척도법 자체는 적용에 있어서 몇 가지 한계점이 있다는 점을 인식해야 한다. 또한 이들 각각의 포지셔닝 맵 작성 기법들은 각기 장·단점을 가지고 있어서 연구자들의 편익에 따라서 방법이 선택되기도 하지만, 여러 연구결과를 토대로 시장 또는 제품특성에 적합한 분석방법을 선택하는 것이 필요하다.
