In the process of China’s modernization of social and economic development, China has gradually expanded the scope of foreign trade, especially the deepening of economic and trade cooperation with South Korea, and the steady growth of bilateral trade and investment. However, during this period, it will be affected by internal and external factors, leading to the increasing trade deficit between China and South Korea. The frequent occurrence of trade friction has caused a serious impact on the economic and trade development of China and South Korea. Therefore, in the actual work, it is necessary to respond flexibly to the challenges, meet the opportunities and adopt scientific countermeasures according to the development status of Sino-South Korea economic and trade cooperation, so as to promote the continuous progress of the two countries’ economic and trade.

After the outbreak of the epidemic, China’s foreign trade industry has been greatly impacted, and the survival of Chinese export enterprises in the post-epidemic era has become more difficult, and the surge in Sino-US trade frictions has further aggravated the difficult status quo of China’s export industry. This paper studies the relationship between marketing ability and export performance through literature research and mathematical analysis, aiming to help Chinese export enterprises get rid of the current situation of downturn, improve market competitiveness, and put forward feasible guidance strategies for improving the export performance of Chinese enterprises.

The following part of this paper mainly focuses on the development of cultural product trade between China and South Korea in the new era.

This article proposes solutions to the challenges that exist in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone. The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area will not only consolidate and strengthen China’s and ASEAN’s already friendly and cooperative relations, but will also further promote China’s and ASEAN’s respective economic development and regional cooperation and competitiveness. Finally, with the construction of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, China and ASEAN will enjoy the benefits of economic globalization and regional economic integration even more, face obstacles jointly, and contribute to the growth and stability of Asian and global economies.

China and South Korea, as countries belonging to the East Asian cultural circle, have always attached great importance to education service trade. Nowadays, economic diversification has become the trend of world development, education service trade has become an important factor affecting the comprehensive strength competition between countries. China and the ROK are close in geographical location and have profound cultural origins. Over the years, the two countries have conducted fruitful bilateral cultural exchanges. This paper takes China and South Korea as the research object, and the comparative study of Sino-South Korea education service trade is of great significance to promote the development of China’s cultural products and service trade. Enhancing the competitiveness of China’s trade in cultural products and services can further improve China’s cultural soft power, so as to improve the development strategy of service trade and enhance its international influence in the context of China’s economic globalization.

With the evolution of industrial structure and industrialization in developing countries, some trade has become intra-industry between developing and developed countries. The level of intra-industry trade between China and South Korea has also become an essential indicator of the country’s economic development and industrialization. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, bilateral trade between China and South Korea has steadily developed, and the “Belt and Road” initiative proposed by China in 2013 and the official signing of the China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in 2015 have provided a good platform for the development of trade between China and South Korea. In 2017 South Korea proposed in 2017, South Korea proposed the “New North Policy”, and China and South Korea agreed to dovetail the “Belt and Road” and the “New North Policy” to achieve a superior development of China-Korea trade. However, there are still problems, such as trade imbalance and a need for a two-way flow of investment between the two sides. This paper examines the existing problems in developing China-Korea import and export trade through developing China-Korea intra-industry trade in the new era. It suggests accelerating the sustainable development of China-Korea trade from the perspectives of strengthening trade communication between the two sides and accelerating Chinese enterprises’ investment in Korea.

Analyzing and comparing the digital trade rules of free trade zones such as the European Union (EU) and North America is significant for the localization of China’s digital trade rule system. In this paper, the significance of digital trade rules is demonstrated by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of digital trade rules in each regional agreement. Through analysis of the digital trade rules of each region, it is proposed that the construction of digital trade rules in China needs to be based on promoting the development of digital economy, strengthening the protection of digital security and improving data crossborder circulation rules.

The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for promoting Chinese agricultural export trade to South Korea.

요즘 한국 문화와 한국어에 대한 관심을 갖고 배우는 학습자들이 급증하고 있다. 한국어를 배우는 과 정에서 한국어 발음을 먼저 배우는 것은 필수적이다. 한국어를 처음 접하는 학습자들에게는 한국어 표 준 발음법을 통해 한국어 발음이 정확한지를 판단할 수밖에 없다. 그 계기로 국립국어원에서 『한국어 문규정』을 재정하였다. 표준 발음법과 관련된 규정은 『한국어문규정』에서 다루고 있는 것으로 확인할 수 있다. 그러나 표준 발음법을 자세히 살펴보면 여러 가지 문제점들이 드러나 있다. 전문가들은 이에 대해 수차례를 수정하였지만 문제점이 여전히 존재한다는 것이 사실이다. 본 연구는 『한국어문규정』 에서 다루고 있는 표준 발음법을 가지고 연구를 진행하려고 했다. 이 중에 흥미로운 것은 바로 제12항 에서 다루는 ‘ㅎ’과 관련된 조항들이다. 제12항에서 ‘ㅎ’과 관련된 내용을 따로 규정한 것은 ‘ㅎ’의 복잡 성과 특수성을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 비록 ‘ㅎ’ 관련 내용을 따로 규정하였지만 내용 표현, 음운 현상, 예문 제시에 있어서 많은 문제점이 존재할 뿐만 아니라 많은 학자들도 이에 대해 많은 의견을 제시하였 으나 심층적으로 다루지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 표준 발음법 제12항에 대해 자세히 분석하고 이 를 바탕으로 수정 방안도 함께 제시하였다.

이 글의 주요 연구 대상은 한국어 동의어이다. 한국어 어휘 중에서 의미가 비슷한 어휘가 많다. 한국어를 외국어로 배우는 중국어 학습자들은 어떻게 의미가 비슷하지만 미세한 차이가 있는 어휘들을 정확히 구분해서 활용하는 것이 매우 중요하기 때문이다. 또한 표현하고자 하는 뜻에 가장 어울리는 동의어를 선택해서 활용하는 것은 복잡한 일이다. 그래서 본문에서 한국어 동의어를 완전동의어와 부분동의어로 나누어 살펴보았다. 우선 완전동의어의 유형 및 대응관계를 살펴보고 그 다음에 부분동의어의 의미차이 유형을 사용대상 및 사용환경 등 미세한 차이를 10가지로 나누어 제시하고 논의를 전개하였다. 이런 내용을 분석함으로써, 각기 의미차이와 적절한 사용 대상이 있는 동의어들의 정확한 사용에 길잡이가 되고자 한다.

사법인공지능화는 이미 법원의 주요 과제가 되었다. 현재 각 지역의 각급 법원들은 스마트화와 그와 관 련된 시스템 및 플랫폼 구축의 요구에 직면해 있다. 사법정보의 수집과 교환, 심판관리감독보조와 심판 결정 정당성확보 등의 방면에서 이러한 작업 성과는 중요한 효과를 발휘하리라 기대된다. 하지만 사법 인공지능화는 아직 여전히 기술적으로 사법체계에 부작용을 발생시킬 가능성도 존재한다. 사법인공지 능화와 사법정의실현, 그리고 사법개혁목표에는 상호모순점이 존재하고 있고, 사법인공지능화과정은 고급데이터의 부족·알고리즘의 불완전성과 전산하드웨어기술의 한계 등의 문제를 안고 있다. 사법정의 의 관점에서 볼 때, 사법인공지능화의 예상치 못한 결과를 반성해야 하며, 법관의 주체성과 인간이 주 체가 된 최종심판은 계속 유지되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 지속적으로 엄격한 사법적 규율하에서 데이터 베이스와 알고리즘이 개선되어야 하며, 사법본질의 보존을 통해서 인공지능의 사법운용에서 발생할 수 있는 기술적 역효과를 방지해야 할 것이다.
