Opera animation is an animated expression of elements such as opera stage performances and styling in the creation. The animation fills the gaps in the form and communication of the opera. The opera promotes the development of the Chinese animation industry, opening up a new market field for the animation industry, providing a variety of themes and more innovative contents for the creation of cartoons. Traditional opera is the jewel of Chinese culture. Due to the introduction of technology, Chinese animation has a fault with Chinese traditional culture. How should we extract all kinds of beneficial elements from the traditional opera art and form a new art form of "opera animation"? This paper starts with the form of animation and discusses the influence of traditional opera on the development of Chinese animation, so that under the influence of traditional art, Chinese animation will set off a development path combining traditional art with Chinese characteristics and modern technology.

International trade settlement is the foreign exchange collection and payment business between importers and exporters of two different countries or regions due to the trade of goods through banks or other financial institutions, in order to settle the creditor-debt relationship between two parties. Along with the rapid advancement of economic globalization, coupled with the rapid development of information technology, trade relations among countries or regions have become increasingly close. More enterprises are engaged in import and export trade. The scope of international trade settlement is also expanding. The payment method based on commercial credit— telegraphic transfer (T/T) is one of the main methods of international settlement. Due to its advantages such as fast speed, simple procedure and low cost, it is more and more widely used in business. However, due to the nature and characteristics of telegraphic transfer, exporters have certain risks in using this settlement method, especially T/T on delivery. It is important for foreign trade enterprises to study how to avoid risks. Through the analysis of a case between Chinese Company A and Pakistani importers, this paper summarizes the risk prevention measures employed by exporters when they use T/T on delivery.

Pushed by China's rural revitalization, agricultural e-commerce is developing rapidly. On the basis of systematically analyzing the environment and current situation of e-commerce in the trade of fresh agricultural products and using the theory of supply chain dynamic alliance, this paper proposes a process of P2C (Producers To Consumers) e-commerce mode in the trade of fresh agricultural products based on integrated platform to optimize the overall benefits of the P2 Csupply chain, thereby improving the organization and management production and distribution of fresh e-commerce, together with countermeasures for cultivating P2C e-commercesy stem. The combination of mature e-commerce technology and agricultural industry is the key to the success of agricultural e-commerce. It is of great theoretical value and application value to study the P2C e-commerce mode of fresh agricultural products based on supply chain dynamic alliance.

Anti-poverty is a critical issue in today's international community. China's anti-poverty work has achieved remarkable results and attracted the attention of other countries. Poverty alleviation loans have made tremendous contributions to China's anti-poverty work. Summarizing this phenomenon is of great significance to China's and even the global anti-poverty cause. Firstly, the paper reviews the research on financial poverty alleviation in the theoretical circles, and holds that poverty alleviation loans are an important means to achieve poverty alleviation, and obtains the historical experience of poverty alleviation loans from international practice, which affirms the feasibility of banking industry participating in anti-poverty work. Then, according to the author's survey on the practice of poverty alleviation in many places in China, the characteristics and experience of poverty alleviation loan practice in China are summarized. Because poverty is a relative concept, the struggle against poverty is long-term. In order to become a regular business of China's banking industry, poverty alleviation loans must continuously improve at the level of risk control and profit. The main methods to solve the problems are tightly integrated with poverty alleviation industries, change the way of financial subsidies, improve the risk-sharing mechanism, explore the host banking system for poverty alleviation, and improve supervision and assessment to improve the sustainability of poverty alleviation loans.

IT기술의 발전 및 스마트 터미널(Smart terminal)의 보급으로 정보를 검색하고 받아들이는 과정에서 쇼트 클립의 중요성이 갈수록 커지고 있다. 관광객들의 인터넷 관심도는 관광객 유동량과 관계가 있다. 본 논문은 중국 쇼트 클립의 시장 규모와 영향력을 분석하는 기초 위에 서안시(西安市)를 중심으로 틱톡 (TikTok) 영상의 방송 전후 관광객의 인터넷 관심도가 시간적, 공간적으로 어떤 변화를 나타내는지 분석 하였다. 거시적인 측면에서의 연구 결과는 첫째, 쇼트 클립은 매우 큰 시장 규모와 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 쇼트 클립은 인터넷 시대의 효과적인 마케팅 모델로 도시 이미지의 수립과 전달에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 쇼트 클립은 촬영지 관광객의 관심도에 시간적, 공간적인 영향을 준다. 넷째, 5G 네트워크 의 발전에 따라 쇼트 클립 플랫폼을 중심으로 광고주, 장비 벤더, 동영상 프로듀서, 동영상 사용자 그리고 전송망 사업자가 포함된 소셜 미디어 생태계가 점차 형성된다. 미시적 방면으로 보면 첫째, 쇼트 클립의 발전이 인터넷 기술에 대한 의존성이 매우 크다. 둘째, 쇼트 클립이 소비자 행위에 중요한 영향을 끼친다. 셋째, 틱톡에서의 쇼트 클립이 방송된 후 서안(西安) 영흥방 (西安永興坊), 중경(重慶) 홍애동(重慶洪崖洞), 청해(靑海) 차가염 호수(青海茶卡鹽湖)에 대한 관광객의 관심도가 크게 변화한 것에 비추어 볼 때 쇼트 클립이 관광지를 홍보하는 데 좋은 효과가 있으며 영향권도 매우 크다. 넷째, 쇼트 클립이 갈수록 더 많은 분야와 융합하여 ‘쇼트 클립+’의 패턴으로 발전할 것이다. 분석에 의하면 쇼트 클립 수색과 정보 제공이 관광객의 관심도를 높이고 특히 틱톡 영상이 방송된 후 관광객들이 촬영지에 대한 인터넷 관심도가 크게 변화될 것을 알 수 있다.

E-commerce not only creates more trade opportunities for enterprises in various countries, but also shortens the trade distance and trading time of trade. It makes transactions unrestricted by geographic location and natural conditions, and the simplification of traditional trading procedures also increases transaction efficiency. It achieves truly global, intelligent and paperless transactions. This paper further expands the influence of e-commerce on international trade from inter-enterprise trade to individual-enterprise transactions, and analyzes the impact from the perspective of influencing mechanism. On the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the development of international trade and the status of the promotion of e-commerce to trade development. From the aspects of trade mode, trade subject, trade management, a new elaboration has been made. From the perspective of influencing mechanism, the spatial aggregation of trade, commercial platform, trade flow, business model, information flow and business flow were systematically analyzed.

In the context of low-carbon economy, the assumption of free carbon emission is disappearing, and manufacturing enterprises need to plan their low-carbon strategies. Enterprises need to consider a series of issues such as investment in low-carbon technology, control and prevention of carbon emissions in the production process, and trading of carbon emission rights. These decisions and actions require accounting to reflect enterprises' carbon emission activities. This paper starts with the connotation of carbon emission cost, analyzes the confirmation process and classification of carbon emission cost, and obtains the combination point of optimal carbon emission and carbon emission cost by constructing the short-term carbon emission cost decision model. After further analysis of the long-term carbon emission cost decision model, it is proposed that the long-term carbon emission cost will decrease with the decrease of carbon emission. At the same time, the paper takes the automobile industry as an example to analyze the carbon tax levied on "carbon emission", and verifies the decision-making model of short-term and long-term carbon emission cost.

This paper introduced the background of resident participation in rural tourism, analyzed in detail the concept and importance of resident participation, the content of resident participation and the safeguard measures of resident participation through literature review. This paper took Yuanjia Village in China as a case study, analyzed the practice of Yuanjia Village in system design, management division, resident education and benefit distribution, and the effect of resident participation of Yuanjia Village obtained. The results showed that resident participation reflected main body status of farmers in rural tourism. The innovation of system design, management system and benefit distribution system can guarantee resident participation right and obtain good satisfaction.

With the development of China's economy, more and more Chinese firms started multinational operation. Different with the developed countries’ multinational firms, the multinational level of Chinese firms is obviously still in the development stage. In China's academic research, many scholars have studied the relationship of firms’ M-P (multinationality-performance). Like other academic studies in developed countries, they have also drawn various results, such as linear relationships, nonlinear relationships (S-shaped, U-shaped, inverted U-shaped, W-shaped, etc.). This paper uses the panel data of 242 multinational firms listed in China's A-shares from 2008 to 2016. The empirical research method is used to study the relationship between market indicators, accounting indicators and M-P, and the firm's asset management efficiency is also studied. The empirical results show that market indicators and financial indicators have both a significant positive effect on M-P. Whereas, the asset turnover rate plays a negative role in regulating M-P. It shows that Chinese manufacturing firms can accelerate the process of multinationality by expanding the market and managing corporate finances.

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is China's major national strategy. Hebei Province has become an important pole in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tourism. Its star hotels have achieved considerable development in the past three decades. However, with the rapid development of non-standard accommodation industries such as budget hotels and homestays in recent years, star hotels in Hebei Province are facing a more stimulating external competition environment. A longitudinal comparative analysis of the data of star hotels in Hebei Province over the past eight years shows that the scale of star hotels in Hebei Province has been decreasing year by year. The structure features the shape of an olive. Although the operating revenue has achieved a small increase, the operating indicators such as the average daily rate and profit showed a decreasing trend year by year, net profit was in overall loss, and the number of employees decreased year by year. Through the comparative analysis of horizontal and vertical data, it is found that star hotels in Hebei Province are facing a high degree of market concentration, unbalanced regional development, high pressure of transformation, a slow brand building, high turnover rate of employees and an insufficient development of human capital. In the future, the star hotel industry in Hebei Province should continuously improve the capital operation ability of the enterprise under the new economic norm, use the innovative new engine “Internet plus”, and make full play of the functions of industry associations to guide the industry to develop in a regulative and healthy way. More importantly, more value should be attached to personnel training so as to achieve the sustainable development of the hotel industry in Hebei Province.

On November 10, 2015, the CPC Central Committee proposed a supply-side structural reform. The structural problems of China's economic development are outstanding. There is a problem of supply and demand asymmetry between the total demand shortage and the demand spillover. There is also the problem of supply and demand asymmetry in which the supply side is insufficient and the relative surplus coexist. It can be seen that the focus of the supply-side structure reform is to focus on the optimization of the economic structure. To this end, the primary task in the supply-side structural reform is to de-capacity. At the same time of de-capacity, we must actively respond to the negative impact of de-capacity. An effective measure to deal with the negative impact of de-capacity is to actively seek a stable way to resolve excess capacity while accelerating the follow-up implementation of systematic supporting measures. Taking Hebei Province as an example, the specific measures are discussed.

요즘 한국어에 관심을 갖고 배우는 사람이 급증하고 있다. 하지만 외국어 교육에서 제일 중요하고 최우선이 되어야 할 발음 교육에 대해서는 소홀히 해왔다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국 대학생들 에게 한국어를 가르칠 때 제일 먼저 중점적으로 교육해야 할 부분인 한국어의 발음 교육에 대한 문제를 연구 대상으로 삼았다. 이 논문에서는 중국인 학습자를 대상으로 한 한국어 자음 교육 중에서 나타나는 문제점을 발견하여 이를 정확하게 발음할 수 있도록 효과적인 발음 교수 방법을 제안하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 우선 한국어와 중국어의 자음 체계를 분류한 다음 분류 별로 대조 비교해 그 차이점과 유사점을 찾아내었다. 그리고 그 차이점으로 인해 중국인 학습자들이 발음상 자주 범하는 오류를 예로 제시하고 오류들의 원인을 찾아 규명함으로써 효과 적인 학습 방법을 도모하려는 데에서 초점을 둔다.

2008년 이래 시작된 미국의 서브프라임 모기지(비우량담보대출) 위기로 인한 글로벌 쓰나미는 전세계 가 80년대 중반 이래 고속 성장하던 상승세를 멈추고 2009년 마이너스 성장을 기록했다. 이번 위기에 대응하기 위해 각국은 위기로 인한 충격에 대응해 경기회복을 위한 조취를 취하고 있다. 본문의 연구는 한국과 일본에 초점을 맞췄다. 한국과 일본이 서브프라임 모기지 사태속에서 받은 영향을 분석해 양국의 경제정책을 비교 연구한 결과 아래와 같은 결론이 나왔다. 첫째, 2008년 미국 서브프라임 모기지의 근본원인 미국의 통화정책이 너무 느슨해 미국 금융시스템이 부실하고 특히 헤지펀드에 대한 감시가 없다는데 있다. 둘째, 한국은 1997년 아시아금융위기 당시 자국의 금융체제의 개혁 덕분에 2008년 서브프라임 모기지 사태 때 일본보다 국내 경제에 미치는 영향이 적었다. 셋째, 2008년 미국의 서브프라임 모기지 위기 대응 정책에서 일본의 경제 정책은 보다 세밀하고 구체적이지만, 심층적인 문제는 해결되지 않았다.
