In order to effectively improve the governance capabilities of the digital economy and better adapt to the development trend of the global digital economy, countries have put their participation in various international economic and trade agreements on the important agenda. As friendly neighbors, China and South Korea have a long history of trade. In the context of the in-depth advancement of digital trade development by countries around the world, aligning with high-standard international economic and trade rules has become the focus of the development of digital trade between China and South Korea. This research starts with the aspects of business and trade facilitation, data flow and personal information protection, emerging trends and technologies, and expounds the content of DEPA, the first international digital trade agreement, and shows that joining DEPA will affect China and South Korea. The main impact of digital trade is specifically reflected in the choice of flexible digital trade participation models, the implementation of efficient and feasible digital trade system specifications, the breaking of traditional digital trade monopolies in major countries, and the provision of important opportunities for global digital trade layout. Finally, the prospects of China and South Korea after joining DEPA are prospected, pointing out continuous efforts to achieve the docking of technology and international standards, establish a more complete system-level guarantee, and strengthen industry selfdiscipline and cooperation among private entities. The above discussion aims to take the entry of DEPA as an entry point and provide a useful reference and reference for the healthy development of digital trade between China and South Korea in the future.

Purpose- This paper aims to examines the various factors Influencing Sales of Infant Formula Milk in China under the Covid-19 Pandemic, and base on this analysis, to present some measures for the sellers and consumers. Design/methodology- The 846 number of comments for 84 bands form e-commerce platform was taken as the index reflecting consumers’ purchasing behavior, and the properties of various types of infant formula milk (commodity name, gross weight and milk source) were taken as the independent variables to analyze the influencing factors of purchasing behavior of infant formula milk by multiple regression method. Findings- The important factors influencing the purchase behavior of infant formula milk are that product name, source of milk, domestic or imported products, applicable age, and packing unit. And then Consumers tend to buy 200-500yuan barrels of imported infant formula milk. Originality/value – The originality of this study can be found in its context, that is, under the Covid-19 Pandemic. At present, China has achieved the best epidemic control effects, which creates a great opportunity for Chinese brand infant formula milk to go abroad and realize internationalization in the future.

This study verified the influence of socioeconomic status on the subjective well-being of the elderly and the mediating effect of social justice. A statistical analysis of 4257 data in the China CGSS 2017 database was carried out. The analysis results show that socioeconomic status and social justice have a positive impact on the subjective well-being of the elderly, and the social justice plays an incomplete intermediary role. Based on the results of the analysis, this study puts forward several suggestions in terms of policy and practice. First, government may gradually increase the level of pension benefits of the elderly, and provide minimum living security. Second, the community should provide amenities for the elderly to settle their life inconveniences. This research will help improve the subjective well-being of the elderly

By analyzing the current situation of China-South Korea trade, the features of China-South Korea Free trade agreement and using intra-industry trade index and other indicators, this article intuitively shows the impact of trade. According to the analysis of the trade effect on China and South Korea, it is concluded that the intra-industry trade keeps improving, the trade deficit of both sides keeps shrinking, and the regional creation effect is obvious, as well as relevant suggestions for enterprises to increase preferential efforts to ensure the activity of the Free trade area and improve the standardization of it.

FTA협정, 대외 직접투자는 양국의 무역 효율 상승을 추진과 비교적 높은 경제자유도와 양호한 상업 환경은 양국의 수출무역의 억제를 감소시킨다. 한중 공업품 무역효율은 RCEP 회원국 순위에서 중후반에 위치하고 있어 자본 기술 집약형 제품의 수출 성장공간이 비교적 크다. 중국은 핵심 기술 경쟁력 향상으로 기업환경 개선하여 한중 양국의 협력을 강화하여 RCEP 제도의 긍정적 측면을 충분히 발휘한다.
