Information has become a key factor in market competition in the Internet era.In order to develop, enterprises need to improve and optimize the supply chain strategic management, and strengthen the attention to this work. Enterprises use the modern information technology to realize information sharing among members of the supply chain. This can not only improve the operation efficiency of enterprises and reduce relevant costs, but also break the barriers between various departments of enterprises.
