본 연구는 스포츠 상황에서 한국 운동선수들이 갖는 스포츠 우리성 의식이 팀 만족과 운동수행에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 어떠한 구조적 관계가 있는지를 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 피험자는 국내 각 고교, 대학, 실업팀에 소속된 개인/단체종목 남녀 운동선수들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 운동선수들의 스포츠 우리성이 운동수행과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 분석하기 위하여 스포츠 우리성 척도(Sports Weness Scale ; SWS)가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 팀만족에 대한 측정은 팀에 대한 주관적 만족도 질문지 5개 문항을 5단계 Likert-type 척도로 구성하여 질문하였다. 스포츠 우리성의 4가지 하위요인과 팀만족, 운동수행과의 인과적 관계를 규명하기 위하여 구조적 관계성 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 운동선수들의 스포츠우리성은 성별과 종목별에 따라 차이가 있음을 나타냈다. 또한 스포츠우리성은 팀 만족과 수행에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 집단성의 개념을 스포츠우리성이라고 하는 통합적 관점에서 접근한다는 점이 본 연구가 갖는 학문적 가치라고 볼 수 있다.

This study analyzes Relationships in Sport Weness of athletes with exercise performance and satisfaction of the team, in order to identify how an inherent group propensity in athletes influences exercise performance. The subjects of the research were the male and female athletes for individual/group sports programs, who belonged to high school teams, universities, or companies. In order to analyze the correlation between Sport Weness of athletes and exercise performance, the Sport Weness Scale (SWS) was used for the study. As for satisfaction with the team, a questionnaire was used in which there were five open format questions on satisfaction in 5 levels based on a Likert-type scale. In order to identify causality in 4 sub-factors of Sports Weness with team satisfaction and exercise performance, we validated the structural equation. As a result, it was found that Sport Weness of Athletes varied according to gender and the kind of sport. Also, it was revealed that Sport Weness had a positive influence on team satisfaction and performance. This study has academic value in that the concept of group property can be approached in terms of an integrated point of view, Sport Weness.
