본 연구는 높은 팀워크 수준이 요구되는 농구경기에서 팀워크의 개념구조를 탐색하고, 이를 토대로 현장적용이 가능한 팀워크 지각 척도를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 농구경기의 팀워크 개념구조를 탐색하기 위해 아마추어 농구선수 57명을 대상으로 개방형 설문을 실시하였으며, 13명의 남녀 현직 지도자 및 선수출신에게 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 귀납적 내용분석을 실시한 결과, 훈련 팀워크, 시합 팀워크, 대인관계 및 단체생활, 리더 영향력의 4가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 귀납적 내용분석을 바탕으로 총 58문항의 농구경기의 팀워크 지각 예비문항을 개발하여 8개 팀 99명의 아마추어 남녀 농구선수들을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 예비조사에서 문항에 대한 기술통계와 신뢰도 분석 결과, 총 58문항 중에서 10문항이 삭제되고 48문항이 선별되었다. 예비조사 결과에 의해 본 조사에서는 48문항에 대한 적합한 요인모델을 추출하기 위해 24개 팀 남녀 아마추어 농구선수들을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 총 28문항이 삭제되고 4요인 20문항이 추출되었다. 구체적으로 평등지도요인, 단결요인, 동료애 요인, 지도자 노력요인으로 구성되었다. 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 추출된 4요인 20문항에 대하여 요인모델의 적합도를 확인하기 위해 27개 팀 남녀 아마추어 농구 선수들을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 3문항이 삭제되어 4요인 17문항의 최종 척도가 개발되었다. 구체적으로 평등지도 요인 3문항, 단결요인 7문항, 동료애 요인 3문항, 지도자 노력요인 4문항으로 구성되었다. 최종 개발된 척도에 대해 내적 신뢰도를 확인하였으며, 다특성-다방법(MTMM)기법을 활용하여 척도의 수렴, 판별 타당도를 검증한 결과, 외적 타당도가 부분 입증되었다.

The purposes of this research were to explore the construction on teamwork in basketball that demanding the high level of teamwork and to develop the teamwork perception scale. In other to explore the construction on teamwork in basketball, an open survey on 57 amateur basketball players and in-depth interviews to 13 field coaches and retired basketball players were carried out. With the inductive content analysis based on the result, 4 factors were classified; training teamwork, game teamwork, personal relationship & group life, and the influence of a lealif. In the concrete, there were 3 questions of equal leading factor, 7 questions of unity factor, 3 questions of fellowship factor, and 4 questions of leader effort factor. Internal reliability of the final scale developed was confirmed, and external validity was partially confirmed by checking the convergence and the discriminant validity with applying Multitrait-Multimethod(MTMM) method.
