본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 장애인직업재활을 통한 장애인의 사회통합을 구현하기 위해 우리나라 장애 인직업재활의 운영현황 분석 물론 에덴복지재단 장애인직업재활시설의 발전과정 상에서 드러난 역할이 우 리나라의 장애인직업재활시설 발전에 미친 영향을 평가하고, 그 운영현황을 분석한 결과를 통해 노정된 문제를 해소하기 위해 우리나라 직업재활시설의 발전방안을 제시함으로써 직업재활시설의 효율적인 운영에 이바지하고자 한다.
본 연구의 방법은 우리나라 장애인직업재활에 관한 국내외 통계관련 문헌과 사업실적과 현황의 평가결 과를 알아보기 위해 에덴복지재단의 전문 인력, 사무국장, 기관장 등을 대상으로 전문 인력의 의견수렴을 직접 개별 면접조사와 물론 전문가에 대한 초점집단면접을 통해 장애인직업재활의 운영 현황을 분석하였다.
따라서 연구대상이 되는 에덴복지재단 장애인직업재활시설의 운영현황의 분석한 결과, 판로확보의 문제, 역할의 단순화, 작업직종 선택의 문제, 전문종사인력 부족, 시설 및 설비 부족, 근로장애인 선정의 문제, 재정적 지원 부족, 최저임금 문제 등이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 장애인직업재활시설의 건전한 복지경영에 따른 판로확보의 문제를 해소하기 위하여 관수품의 우선발주제도와 중증장애인생산품 우선구매 비율 확대 로 직업재활시설 근로장애인 임금보전에 도움이 될 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 국가와 지방자치단체의 직업 재활시설과의 연계역할을 의무화해야 할 필요한 시점이다.

The objective of this study is to analyze the operational status of disabled job rehabilitation in order to realize the social integration of disabled people through efficient rehabilitation of disabled jobs and to evaluate the impact of played role　in the development of disabled job rehabilitation facilities in Korea. Through the result of this analysis, it will contribute to contribute to the efficient operation of the facilities to be installed in the future as well as substantiality and revitalization of existing facilities by presenting measures for the development of Korea vocational rehabilitation facilities for solving exposed problem.
The method of this study analyzed the current state of operation of vocational rehabilitation for the disabled through a direct personal interview survey of expert personnel, bureau chiefs and institutional heads of Eden Welfare Foundation, as well as focus group interviews of experts, in order to find out the results of domestic and foreign statistical literature on Korea disabled vocational rehabilitation and the assessment of business performance and status. Thus, the above analysis showed that there were problems in sales confirmation, simplification of roles, choice of occupations, lack of workers, lack of facilities and equipments, problems in selecting the disabled people, lack of financial support and minimum wage. In particular, It is need to help about employed disabled wage preservation in vocational rehabilitation facilities through first order system of supplies for government use and expansion the ratio of priority purchase of products by severely handicapped person for solve the problem of the market secure consequential healthy welfare management in vocational rehabilitation facilities. For this purpose, local autonomous entity is necessary to　play an important part in conjunction with vocational rehabilitation facilities.
