경관 및 생태를 중심으로 계획된 초기 그린웨이의 의미가 점차 문화, 활동, 역사 등을 포함하는 포괄적인 의미로 확장됨에 따라 그린웨이를 이용하는 이용자의 만족도를 우선적으로 고려할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 설문 조사를 통해 지역적 특성에 따라 이용자의 만족도를 비교·분석하여 만족도 개선 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 방법론과 연구 결과는 추후 그린웨이를 계획할 때 참고자료로서 활용될 수 있으며 기 조성된 그린웨이의 물리적 개선안에 대한 아이디어를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구의 회귀 모형은 광나룻길에서는 통행공간과 교차공간, 간촌서3길에서는 통행공간과 연접공간, 효자로에서는 교차공간이 전체 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 그린웨이 이용자의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 공간은 보행로인 통행공간과 교차공간이며, 그린웨이의 계획 시에 통행공간과 더불어 교차공간도 중요한 위상을 갖는 것으로 드러났다.
As the initial meaning of the greenway planned centering on landscape and ecology is gradually expanded to have a comprehensive meaning including culture, activity, and history, there is an increasing need to consider the satisfaction of users using the greenway as a priority. The purpose of this study is to find out how to improve the satisfaction by comparing and analyzing the users' satisfaction according to the regional characteristics through questionnaires. The methodology and results of this study can be used as a reference for future planning of the greenway and it is expected to provide an idea about the physical improvement of the greenway. The regression model of this study shows that the walking space and the intersection space affects the total satisfaction in Gwangjin–gu, the passage space adjoining space affects the total satisfaction in Nowon-gu, and the intersection space affects the total satisfaction in Jongno-gu. Through this study, it was found that the space that has the greatest effect on the satisfaction of the users of the Greenway is the walking space and the intersection space, and the intersection space with the walking space is also important in the planning of the greenway.
