이 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계에 대한 어려움과 내재된 갈등 상황을 깊이 있게 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대인관계 갈등을 경험했던 간호학과 학생 12명을 대상으로 2019년 7월부터 9월까지 내러티브 탐구절차를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 간호 대학생들의 대인관계 갈등은 주로 학업 성적과 관련된 상황이 중심이었으며, 각종 이해 관계가 맞물린 학우들이 대상이었다. 또한 자아 중심의 ‘포커싱적 태도’가 특징으로 드러났다. 이러한 역기능적 대상관계가 중심이 되어 도출된 세부내용은 ‘대인 관계의 중심은 나’, ‘목적적인 관계’, ‘학업성취와 경제적 문제가 우선’, ‘온라인 관계에서 안정감을 느낌’, ‘이질적인 것에 배타적’, ‘남녀 간 경계와 애정문제’, ‘연대감 부족’이었다. 이 연구를 통해 간호대학생들은 새로운 관계맺음을 경험해 볼 수 있는 내러티브 과정을 경험하고, 긍정적 대인관계를 설계할 수 있는 기회를 맞이하였다. 더불어 연구자 또한 그들의 어려움을 이해하고 공감하여 학생들과 한층 가까워지는 경험의 장을 마련하였다. 추후 간호대학 생들에게 특화된 대인관계 중재를 통해 그 효과를 검증할 수 있는 연구가 후속되기를 제언하는 바이다.

The study aims to understand in depth the difficulties and inherent conflict situations of nursing college students in interpersonal relationships. To this end, 12 nursing students who experienced interpersonal conflict were subject to a narratives exploration procedure from July to September 2019. In this study, conflicts in interpersonal relationships among nursing college students were mainly centered on situations related to academic performance, and students were subject to various interests. It also features self-centered “focusing attitudes.” The details derived from such dysfunctional relationships were ‘I’m the center of interpersonal relationships’, ‘intentional relationships’, ‘feel stable in online relationships’, ‘exclusive to disparate’ and ‘lack of solidarity’. Through this study, nursing college students were given the opportunity to experience a narratives process and design positive interpersonal relationships. In addition, researchers also understood and sympathized with their difficulties, providing a venue for closer experiences with students. It is recommended that research be followed up to verify its effectiveness through interpersonal mediation, which is specialized to nursing college students.
