본 연구의 목적은 좋은 보육교사에 대한 주관적인 태도의 유형과 특성을 분석하기 위해 Q 방법론을 활용하는 것이었다. 선행논문과 심층면담을 통해 총 170개의 Q모집단을 구성하였으며, Q모집단 중에서 연구의 주제와 가장 관련성이 있고 대표성이 있다고 판단되는 33개의 진술문을 Q표본으로 최종 선정하였다. 연구를 위한 P표본은 P시에 근무중인 어린이집 교사 23 명을 선정하여 좋은 보육교사에 대해 인식하고 있는 것을 9단계로 Q분류하도록 하고 그 자료를 QUANL Program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 세 가지의 유형으로 분류되었고, 제 1 유형은 ‘인정형’, 제 2유형은 ‘소통형’, 제 3유형은 ‘민감형’으로 명명하여 제시하였다. 제 1유형은 아이들의 개인차를 인정하고 칭찬과 격려로 아이 존재 자체를 그대로 인정하며 안전하게 돌보아야 한다는 것으로 나타났고, 제 2유형은 밝고 유쾌함으로 아이들을 좋아하고 사랑하며 원장, 동료 교사와 협력적인 관계를 맺어야한다는 것으로 나타났으며, 제 3유형은 아이들을 사랑하고 아이들의 요구에 민감하게 반응하며 안전하게 돌보아야 한다는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사들에게 좋은 보육교사에 대해 인식할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며 보육의 질을 향상시키는데 밑거름이 되는 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to use the Q-methodology for analyzing the types and characteristics of subjective attitudes about good childcare teachers. A total of 170 Q-groups were formed through preceding papers and in-depth interviews, and 33 Q-Statements that were judged to be the most relevant and representative of the subject of the study, were selected as Q-samples. For sample P, we selected 23 daycare center teachers working in P city to classify Q awareness of good childcare teachers into 9 levels and analyzed the data using the QUANL Program. As a result, Q awareness was classified into three types. The first type was presented as 'authentic type', the second type as 'communication type', and the third type as 'sensitive type'. The first type showed that children should recognize the individual differences, praise and encourage the children themselves, and care for them safely. The second type was bright and cheerful, loving and loving children and cooperative relationship with the director of the childcare center and fellow childcare teachers. The third type showed that they should love children, be sensitive to their needs, and take care of them safely. The results of this study are expected to provide childcare teachers with the opportunity to recognize good child care teachers and to provide basic data that can be used to improve the quality of care.
