본 연구에서는 사회적경제 조직 근로자들의 만족도를 결정하는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도에서 일자리창출 지원사업에 참여하고 있는 예비 사회적기업, 인증 사회적기업, 협동조합, 마을기업, 정보화마을에 종사하는 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였으며, 순서형 프로빗 모형을 사용하여 사회적경제 조직에 종사하는 근로자의 만족도를 결정하는 요인을 도출하였다. 분석결과 연령, 근무기간, 현 직장 근무의향 등과 함께 근로조건, 직무, 주위사람과의 관계와 같은 세부적인 만족도가 근로자들의 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 기초로 사회적경제 조직의 문제점들을 근로자의 시각에서 파악할 수 있었으며, 사회적경제 조직의 내실화 및 지속적인 발전을 위해 근로조건 향상, 사업 지원기간 연장, 사회적 기여도가 높은 조직에 대한 인센티브 제공 등을 정책방안으로 제시하였다.

This study analyzed the determinants of workers satisfaction of social economic organizations. Specifically, the survey of workers was conducted on prospective social enterprises, certified social enterprises, social cooperatives, village enterprises and information service villages participating in Gyeongnam job creation support project. Using ordered probit model, factors affecting the satisfaction of the workers of the social economic organizations were analyzed. Results show that age, working period, intention to work at current workplace together with satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction of relationship with other workers, satisfaction with their job influence the overall satisfaction of the workers. Based on the results of the analysis, problems of the social economic organizations were grasped on the workers’ perspective. Also, several policy implications such as working condition improvement, extension of project support period, offering incentives to a highly socially contributing organizations were suggested for the qualitative improvement and continuous development of the social economic organizations.
