중국의 6차 산업과 농촌 산업의 융합 발전은 본질적으로 일치한다. 농촌 산업 진흥의 중요한 발전 방향이다. 농촌에서 지도자는 산업 발전의 중요한 견인력이다. 본 연구는 중국의 농촌 산업융합 발전을 분석한 성과의 기초 위에서, 원주민 자신의 발전된 수요에 입각하여, 6차 산업 발전 위한 지도자 역할을 분석하였다. 연구는 지도자가 자신만의 독특한 매력으로 잠재력과 운영능력과 현대 농업 기술 선택과 응용 능력과 조직 협력과 봉사능력 등을 조직하여 농촌 산업 발전을 선도한다. 마을 지도자는 절대적인 역할을 한다. 중국 정세하 농촌 6차 산업 지도자의 역할 이해에도 도움이 되고, 마을 산업발전 견인력의 발굴을 위한 제공참고하다.

China's six industry is consistent with the integrated development of industry, which is an important development direction of rural industry revitalization, and the rural leaders are an important traction of industrial development. Based on the analysis of the achievements of the integrated development in China's rural industry, the article analyzed the role of six industry leaders on the needs of village development. the result is that leaders lead the development of village industry with their own unique charm through potential and operation ability, selection and application of modern agricultural technology, organizational cooperation and service ability. The role of village leaders is absolute, which is helpful to understand the role of leaders in the six rural industry in the context of China, and can also provide a reference for the digging of traction for the development of village industries.
