본 연구는 남자 택견 전수관 이수생 5명을 대상으로 3차원 영상분석과 지면반력산출 데이터를 이용하여, 택견 째차기 및 후려차기 동작 시 X축, Y축, Z축에 발생하는 발목, 무릎, 고관절의 하지관절모멘트의 변화 양상을 분석함으로써, 하지관절의 효율적인 움직임에 대한 객관적인 근거자료를 제시하는데 있다. 이를 통해 택견 째차기 및 후려차기 동작에 대한 과학적 이해와 선수들의 경기력 향상에 도움을 주고자 하며, 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 택견 째차기 및 후려차기 동작 시 하지관절모멘트를 측정 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 두 발차기 모두 좌우축 발목관절에서 저측굴곡모멘트가 작용하였으며 저측굴곡근인 장비골근, 단비골근, 장무지굴근, 하퇴삼각근 등이 작용한 것으로 사료된다. 좌우축 무릎관절에서 동작 초반에 신전모멘트가 강하게 발현되었으며 디딤발의 무릎 신전근인 대퇴사두근, 외측장막근, 대둔근 등이 크게 작용한 것으로 보인다. 전후축 발목관절에서 내전모멘트가 발생하였으며 발목 내측인대 및 장비골근과 단비골근이 디딤발을 안쪽으로 지탱한 것으로 생각된다. 전후축 무릎관절에서 째차기가 후려차기보다 더 강한 외전모멘트가 발현되었으며 이는 무릎 외측인대가 큰 역할을 한 것으로 사료된다. 전후축 고관절에서 후려차기가 째차기보다 더 강한 내전모멘트가 발현되었는데 고관절의 내전근인 대내전근, 장내전근, 단내전근, 치골근이 동원된 결과로 판단된다. 택견 전수관 이수생들의 경기력 향상과 부상예방을 위해 열거한 각 관절 굴곡근과 신전근, 내전근과 외전근에 대한 유연성 및 근력 증가를 목표로 하는 트레이닝을 체계적으로 실시할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.
The purpose of this study is to provide objective evidence on effective movement of the joints in the lower body by analyzing the changing condition of the lower extremities joint movement in the ankle, knee, and hip joint occurring on the X, Y, and Z axis when performing Jjaechagi kicks and Huryeochagi kicks using data received from an exerted ground reaction force as well as 3D image analysis based on the movement performed by five male members of a Taekkyeon gym who had completed their training. Through the analysis, the study seeks to improve scientific understanding of Jjaechagi kicks and Huryeochagi kicks and the performance of professional Taekkyeon players. In order to achieve this purpose, analysis was carried out on the joint movement of the lower extremities when performing Jjaechagi kicks and Huryeochagi kicks, with the following results having been drawn. While performing both kicks, plantar flexion moment was detected on the joints in both the left and right ankles, which seemingly had been exerted by the peroneus longus, peroneus brevis, flexor pollicis longus, and triceps surae muscles, all of which are plantar flexion muscles. During the initial phase of the movement, a strong extension moment was detected in both left and right knee joints which would appear to have been exerted largely by the quadriceps femoris muscle, tensor fasciae latae, and gluteus maximus, all of which are knee extensor muscles for supporting the foot on the ground. Based on the observations it would appear that the external adduction moment occurred in the X-axis of the ankle joint and muscles, such as the anterior tibiotalar ligament, peroneus longus, and peroneus brevis, were sustained by the supporting foot from the medial side. Stronger abduction moment was observed on the X-axis of knee joint during Jjaechagi kicks compared to Huryeochagi kicks, which would appear to have resulted from the adductor magnus, adductor longus, and pectineal muscle all of which are adductor groups in the hip joints. As measures to improve the performance of the members who have completed training at the Taekkyeon gym and prevent potential injuries are being carried out, systematic implementation of trainings is mandatory with the goal of promoting flexibility, and muscle mass of the listed muscles, including flexor muscles in each joint, extensor muscles, adductor muscles, and abductor muscles.
