이 연구는 초연결 환경 인공지능시대에 예술이 더 이상 고정된 개념으로 존재하지 않으므로 장르별 전통적인 교육방식에서 벗어나 변모하는 미래사회 환경에 따른 예술인재양성교육의 발전 방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 내용은 4차 산업혁명 시대 예술의 개념 확장과 교육 패러다임 변화를 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 현재 한국의 예술인재양성교육의 실태를 조사하여 초․중등 교육이 대학 입시위주의 경쟁 중심 교육에서 벗어나 학생들의 진로 맞춤형 교육으로서 변화하는 사회경제구조에 부응하는 인재양성 운영의 개선점을 탐색한다. 결론적으로 미래지향적 예술인재 양성교육이 누구를(WHO: 어떤 예술인재)위해, 어디에서(WHERE: 어떤 교육 환경), 무엇을(WHAT: 어떤 교육과정) 위한 것이어야 하는가에 대한 방안을 첫째, 인공 지능 시대가 요구하는 예술인재 선발 기준 마련; 둘째, 지역사회 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 스마트 교육 환경 시스템 구축; 셋째, 융합형 예술인재양성을 위한 예술통합 교육과정 운영이 필요함으로 제안하였다. 이 소고는 현재 운영되는 예술영재교육과 예술전문교육의 교육과정과 시설개선 및, 정책적인 지원 시스템의 발전 전략을 수립하고, 구체적인 로드맵을 세우는데 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 예술인재양성을 위한 미래지향적인 교육실천을 위해서는 무엇보다도 현 상황에서 요구되는 예술인재상에 대한 연구가 획일화된 합목적적인 측면이 아닌 개별화된 방식으로 이루어지기 위한 방법적인(HOW: 정책과 전략) 측면에서의 후속적인 연구가 필요함을 제언한다.

This study explores the meaning and value of fostering and training artistic talent in the age of artificial intelligence and the social environment due to the advent of a hyper-connected society. In doing so, this study first explores the expansion of the concept of art in the 4th Industrial Revolution and the education paradigm. Secondly, it presents not only the need for elementary and secondary education that is no longer college admission and competition-driven, but more tailored to students’ career paths, and also with the need to foster artistic talent in the changing environment where art is no longer exclusive to one particular class. On these grounds, this study investigates the current status of Korea's art talent fostering and education in order to illustrate problems and improvements that can be made within the changing socio-economic structure. This study then conclusively proposes a future-oriented way of fostering artistic talent by: firstly providing a model for an ideal Neo-renaissance art talent with creative capacities; secondly acknowledging the need for an integrated curriculum for fostering artistic talent; amd thirdly establishing a tailored smart education environment that also meets the needs of the local community. This review can be used as basic support material for developing a policy level support system strategy, and a specific roadmap, as well as improving the current curriculum for artistic human resource education and professional art education.
