Our country has already entered an advanced age, and life after retirement has become more important than ever. Thus, while poor preparation for retirement can cause not only you but also your family and even social problems, most workplaces have few programs related to preparing for retirement. The purpose of this study is to establish the relevance of job satisfaction in the current workplace, which has not been studied in relation to retirement preparation, and to verify the structure that affects job satisfaction by acting as a parameter in these relationships. This research was conducted for empirical research through literature research, and a survey of 500 general officials in Seoul and Gyeonggi was conducted for two months from August 2018 after establishing a research model to verify the impact of lower variables such as preparation for retirement, preparation for economic activities, and health management on job satisfaction. Accordingly, the independent variables were prepared for retirement, job satisfaction, and parameters were set as post-retirement life recognition parameters, and the sub-parameters were formed to analyze their impact relationships, using the SPSS 20.0 program and the AMOS 22.0 program to analyze collected data. Research has shown that the relationship between retirement preparation, aging life recognition, and job satisfaction affects retirement recognition and job satisfaction. In particular, it has been verified that the retirement awareness is mediated in the relationship between retirement preparation and job satisfaction.
